The onsite manager Gloria is absolutely wonderful I would give her a million stars for a review. I storage however is not a good company due to the fact I am a current customer and the company changed with no notice I I am leaving istorage in Rancho Cordova after being advised by Steve that legally I storage did not have to notify customers about the company takeover and also his lack of customer service and or how to speak to a customer is the biggest reason I will be leaving as a customer from istorage.

I stored some stuff here for about 8 months in 2009. The staff was super friendly, I gotta say. They called me each month if I hadnt paid to remind me to pay, instead of making miss a payment and owe late charges. That was quite nice. They didnt mind if I put some nails up inside the unit either. I would store stuff here again if it wasnt so far away. Another nice thing was that they let me pay 1/2 a month at a time for a while when I was moving my last few things out.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to help us at every turn of our unexpected need for a storage unit! This is definitely not a fancy storage facility but it serves the purpose and its affordable. If you are looking for a simple storage unit with great staff, you cannot go wrong with this place. So happy I decided to go with them - thank you U Stor N Lock!
