Unethical business practices or, at the very best, unacceptably shoddy record keeping. Heres my experience: You must carry homeowners insurance, or they charge an additional $10/mo for insurance. Totally reasonable. The first time around, I hand delivered my policy. They claimed theyd not received it and were going to start the additional charge. I brought it in again. Second time around, I received an email that my policy was expiring, I replied to the email with my new policy attached. They claimed they did not receive it. (Though its in my "sent" email.) One mistake is understandable however at this point it seems likely they have a practice of adding the $10 (as they did this month) and claiming they did not receive your policy. Ill be moving to a new facility as soon as Im able. Recommend you look elsewhere. We also had a problem with water leaking into our storage unit. On a positive note, the woman at the front desk on weekends has always been polite and helpful.

Started off across the street at the corporate owned Extra Space Storage. They proceeded to raise my rates $5 or so every other month until the "great rate" I started out with was no more. Went across the street to Storage Direct and talked to the manager who couldnt have been nicer. And theyve raised their rates once in the last 7 years. No comparison.

This place is awesome! They really went above and beyond to help us. We forgot our gate code and needed access early the next morning. We called Leo and even though it was late after hours and he was out of town, he helped us out by getting us our access code. Thanks Storage Direct!! Amazing Service!!

Storage Direct has been an excellent storage facility. The property is clean and very easy to get around. My particular unit is clean and has great lighting. The staff is great. I highly recommend Storage Direct in Roseville.

Would not reccomend. Used this place for a little under a year. When we went to empty the unit there was mouse droppings and pee all over!
