Hair A Juku...for the new you! I moved to the area about a year ago from Missouri where I had used the same hair stylist for several years. I kept my fingers crossed that finding a new stylist that could maintain the style I already had wouldnt be a nightmare. After doing some internet searching, I found Hair A Juku. Aside from the fact that it was urban and trendy, which I like, I was also looking for an edgy stylist. After a couple cuts, the stylist announces that she is moving, but would refer me to someone who cut with a similar technique. Thats where my "hair affair" began with Nancy. She did a fantastic job from the very first cut and color. I have not once walked out with a complaint. During a pinch (Nancy was out of town on vacation), I used a different Hair A Juku stylist and was perfectly happy with her as well. From Nancy being simply amazing every time, to the reception staff always being super friendly and accommodating, to the fill-in stylist, simply put...I love this place. It is slightly on the pricier side, but as everyone knows, you get what you pay for and here you pay for expertise, convenience, a great atmosphere, and quality customer service.

Took my wife in for a cut and color on sat feb 21st and came out horrible. $200 wasted. Dont get me wrong, staff is very friendly, and stylist Jeremy probably had the best of intentions, but if you are out of your element or are unsure, dont do it. We showed him photos of desired color and style, and he went a completely different direction. When your stylist laughs and says oh I messed up..... yeah! But will probably not return. I appreciate them trying squeeze in color on a day that they are short handed, but come on. You are the professionals people. So sad
