I went in there before to get peekaboos done and a lady named Valerie did them and they came out amazing! I can tell she was very passionate about doing my hair and didnt rush it. Then I went to again to get my hair touched up for my wedding... Thank god I had back up hair dye. The lady, I think her name was Annette, did a TERRIBLE color job. She touched up the peekaboos ok, but once she did the color purple my hair was still wet. She didnt take the time to dry my hair so the color would stay in. She just "combed the color" through my hair because they were running out of the purple... Then once it was done she was rushing me to get out of the store. Two days later and one hair wash later, there is already blonde streaks coming through, and a completely missed peekaboo with no purple color to it. I will NEVER go back unless Valerie is there. Annette did a terrible job and it was not worth the 58 I spent.

I have been getting my hair styled and colored by Laurin for over a year now. Originally, I brought my husband and son in for cuts, but one day I struck up a conversation with Laurin who convinced me she knew all about wavy/curly hair like mine. I trusted her to cut my hair and soon after stopped coloring my own hair. I cant believe she isnt at a high end salon!

the lady that cut my hair was in some sort of rush, edge up was crooked, ear lines didnt match at all, used freezing cold water to wash my hair. Also the tools were all used and dirty from prior clients

Natalie is one super stylist, friendly and curtious with a smile always on her face. I recomend this Fantastic Sams cause of her and the quality work she does... 5 stars
