This was the worst service I have ever received. Had a 10:00 Am appt. place was locked and closed customers outside waiting employees did not a have key to open the door waitied two hours before the owner showed up. She never apoloized to the customers her name is Marilyn couldnt care. The stylist named Rosie was the worst I have ever had and I left with the worst haircut ever. Never will I go back there a gain and even though they are franchised I am contacted their corporate offices about this type of customer service. Its an embarrasement to Fantastic Sams.

OMG, if you go in ask for Britney. She is the best, she will take her time with you and give you suggestions about your choice of hair cut. She is not going to take you to the cleaners either. She is very popular so make sure to make an appointment in advance. You can thank me later future customers! Best hair experience I have ever had, I keep going back. She is very friendly and always has a SMILE on her face. If I could give her 10 stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been there multiple times... and had more than one stylist. Both Hayley and Jersey have done fantastic jobs on my color and given me EXACTLY what I had in mind, sometimes even when I wasnt sure just what it was that I wanted!! The color is always very vibrant and silky... and my hair always feels so soft! I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks!! As long as one of them is there, I will continue going to Fantastic Sams!!

Had my hair done by Sara S. and she did an amazing job listening to what ideas I had and what needed to be done. Picked out perfect colors for my highlight/lowlight and was able to correct some bad dying I wanted to get rid of. Overall very happy with the experience and will be back! Thank you Sara!
