The WORST ever! Gabby was the stylist and clearly did not know how to cut hair. To have it shorter than finger length over the majority of my head is NOT what I described. I am on my way to another salon to try and even some of the neckline and carrot top that appear to be growing out of the top of my head! I wanted a trim and now I am looking for a wig until it grows long enough to style. Totally humiliated!

My first time in this place, I was no greeted, the lady washed my hair only on top part of head, I asked to wash it again because it needed to be cleaned on the bottom part she said I did . I asked, can you wash again, she said I promise it is clean, she refused to wash again

Terrible experience breath or something stunk, kept getting the cord up on my face, she couldnt see even through her glasses. Was ruff with the clips thought I was getting scapled and then in the end when I got home I found she missed chunks of hair.

The lady cant seem to listen to her customer. I told her that I wanted my hair long on the top and the sides and short in the back. She cut it short all over. I asked her why she cut it so short. She replied that it looks better that way.
