Took my Mercedes S500 in "based on the reviews". I asked about their diagnostic at which male stated $95. and could go towards repairs. Took it in, the next day I received a call from Oscar stated it was the fuel pump and throttle body. He also quoted me for the shift being stuck. $590. for the Fuel Pump. $690. for the throttle body. $690. for the shifter. I asked if the throttle could just be cleaned to which he stated he had tried that. Then stated ok, do you want to get it started? then we will start with the fuel pump. So I had the fuel pump replaced. Still didnt run. I asked for the diagnostic and he gave me a invoice. I wonder why he refused to give me the diagnostic? I towed my car back home. Told my bf about this and he got upset because the invoice that was given to me was not a diagnostic and there for we didnt have a diagnostic of what the problems were with the car. So I called them back to which they seemed to not know what a diagnostic was. So they emailed me the same invoice. I called them and adivsed them that and Oscar said ok come by I will give it to you, I asked him why cant you just email it to me he stated the computers were down. So I drove out to Ontario again and he sent his employee to bring me the same thing and didnt say a thing. Advised this was not a diagnostic it didnt list the problems with the vehicle. Then Oscar came out and said if I wanted the diagnostic to bring back the car. To which I was like WTF!!!! advised him I would make my review to which he stated have fun with it". The invoice states has multiple problems but they are refusing to reveal the problems after I paid for a diagnostic And a repair without letting me know how much time was put in to labor for the fuel pump replacement. I feel like I was played big time!! Contacting the department of consumer affairs BAR....

MBZ Automotive is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! MBZ Automotive provides excellent service and value. Ive been taking my cars to MBZ Automotive for servicing and repairs for over 10 years. I completely trust the owner (Oscar) and his team 100% and would not take my car anywhere else. MBZ Automotive goes above and beyond on customer service, and they get the job done right. Most importantly, I know that I am always given a good price, and if they recommend something needs to be fixed, its because it DOES, not because they are trying to upsell me. I would like to say thank you Oscar and to his manager that assisted me this morning looking over my vehicle to see what repairs needed to be made overall as well topping off my fluids normally. I am the do-it-yourself type but I do not have any tools and Im not fronting I dont have the experience either to work on a European Vehicle. I will most definitely come back to get my repairs done..as well I recommend his business to anyone that would like to get their vehicle repaired right the first time and I thank them for their honesty integrity and help..

MBZ has the exact same service as the dealership, but without the sticker shock. I bring my E-320 to have all services performed. Oscar knows and understands his customers and his Team of Techs are second to none.
