Would recommend against this place. The only thing that it has going for it is its external appearance. They are slow (as in ALWAYS booked), they charge for every tiny tiny thing, and they do the bare minimum. Additionally, at least every time Ive been there, the front-deskmen are very condescending. They act like whatever is wrong is inherently obvious. I would recommend this place only in case of an emergency - but even then, theyll make you feel stupid for it. UPDATE: 2017 06 23 In response to my post, one of the Mitsos brothers (one of the owners) personally called me and apologized for my experience at this particular location. He said he had a meeting about some of the reviews given and tried to reaffirm to his staff what expectations are given to them. He also informed me that his company is local to Southern California, which is actually very pleasing news. With that taken into consideration, there are many more pros about this place than the cons. As a result, Ill be altering my review from a 3/5 to a 4/5, and maybe better than that if my next visit proves to be a large improvement.

Whats Up

Would seriously suggest you think twice about having your vehicle service here (maybe oil change but again the dealer might have the same price they offer). Seriously attitude problem (or they had a extreme bad day....)Staff gets very defensive when you ask them questions, The staff claim himself to be the manager (William) but could be in doubt. Purchase tire at this place, later on had problem and come back to check on the problem, the staff indicated the tire is not what they usually carry (they will sell you but reluctant to tell you the fine print when you purchased until there is problem) therefore if any warranty issue consumer needs to contact tire company directly and ship the tire by consumer themselves, because they are not responsible to the tire they sell. I guess the lessen learnt here is THERE IS A REASON WHY PEOPLE GO TO big WAREHOUSE FOR THEIR TIRE NEEDS..........

They do all of my vehicles and work trucks and I have never had a problem. I just show up they say they will call me when its done, so I go shopping or wait. I do service so I know some jobs look little and then turn out to be bigger while youre in it. so it doesnt bother me when something takes a little bit longer than expected. ive never had that issue though I just see all the reviews from other people

worst place ever please dont go there. they flushed my transmission fluid & refilled it. they didnt add enough fluid, took it to dealer bc transmission felt like it was going out. dealer said it was quart and half low after that it ran just fine. if I went any more driving I might be buying a new transmission or sue them for the money. please dont go there!!!!!!!!!##

The service desk guy was very rude as soon as he greeted me. He said they could do the job but pick up my car later. When I started to ask the question "how late?" , he cut me off and said later. I tried asking more questions and he just cut me off said they had ten cars waiting and I had to come back. I asked for close by recommendation and nope. Very rude!!

This shop has been our go to for tire mounting/dismounting. They have very competent techs that are car enthusiasts and lovingly take care of our wheels. If I cannot go to my friends shop due to time constraints I take it to these guys to mount and balance my 20" low profile tire setup. Ive yet to be disappointed by their work.

Rude as hell. dont go there if you have a flat after 3pm or at all if you dont have an appt so try to schedule flats accordingly. They wont help and dont care. Since they have no local competition at the moment they get away with it.

Horrible customer service, everyone is extremely moody and not friendly at all! Will absolutely never never never come back here again! Wait times for a simple flat repair will take all day. Avoid this business at all costs!

This is a great place for quick service if you dont have an appointment. I usually arrive a little before they arrive so they get to my car right away. And compared to other auto centers, they are affordable. Overall...LOVE IT!

Went in for an oil change. They said 2.5 hours then 5.5 hours later they give me a someone elses keys. They did not even look at my truck yet, so i had to wait another 2 hours

Good prices & really great service. They can take a while, but its because they stay busy. I recommend going here, but leaving your car & picking it up later if possible.
