Thank you to Haven Auto Repair. To make a long story short, I had to replace my starter on my Toyota Corolla. It was a great interaction from beginning to end. I cant recommend this place enough and if you should require any type of repair, I recommend you calling them to at least give them a chance. To start off with, my initial phone call to the business was answered by Lauren, who not only was professional and pleasant, but most importantly......genuine. She answered what she could before saying "Let me get the owner" to give you more specific information. I then spoke to Mehrdad who avoided any type of salesy pitch and actually steered me to a well-known site on the internet to research the situation further. He then spent some time providing me the type of options and services they provide....all this without knowing (at that time) what the specific issue may be. Shuttle services....towing services...loaning services....etc. I suggested that I wanted to do a little "calling around" and he actually encouraged me to do so because he wanted to make sure that I was an Informed Consumer. Who does that? Either way, when I got off of the phone, I realized that this business knows how to truly conduct business...and that is with Customer Service in mind. Businesss talk about this all day long and promote it all day long but its when you actually feel it is when it matters. So the next day, I bring my vehicle in after speaking with Lauren again. The vehicle arrives before me and when I walk in I see my name on the board under "Welcome" where they welcome and thank their customers for their business. I know its something small but since when do the little things not matter? I, like the rest of us, value a combination of value, expertise, and honesty. I want a business that will treat me like it is a never ending transaction....and not as a dollar for that moment. This is what you get when you come here. After the diagnostic, and discussing the work and eventual price, I walked away with a business I am more than happy to tell others about. The auto repair industry has its reputation and deservedly so. Come here and you will learn that a good one does exist. Thank You!

Mehrdad was the gentleman assisting my boyfriend (Chris) and I today. He was absolutely professional, polite, skillful & friendly. We were both very satisfied and pleased with his service. He offered us drinks while we waited in the lobby (~20 mins) and there were entertaining magazines to flip through. Once the issue was identified, Mehrdad brought Chris & I to the shop center and showed us exactly what was the issue & explained it. He told us that he would order the part needed & the car would be ready by tomorrow. 5 hours later we get a call and - believe it or not - the car was ready the SAME DAY with the part repaired (plus we got an oil change there too). As an added bonus, they also washed the car, which was a really nice gesture. Before we went in, we checked out some reviews online, and there a few really bad ones on Yelp but decided to give it a shot anyway and Im really glad we did. So Im going to copy/paste this review onto other websites to attest to the great, professional and above all - HONEST - service we got today. Well be coming back in a few days cause Chris needs to have his battery replaced, and Mehrdad checked out the prices for a battery while we were there. Not only did he tell us the prices, but he showed us the screen that clearly stated the same price the battery would cost. Im personally still sort of inexperienced as far as car repairs go, but Ive never been to a repair center where they actually show you the prices and explain what is factored into the cost. Like I said, honest repair people here. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone. Also, the center was not too difficult to find. We circled around once or twice but once we approached the center, we could see it clearly. I mention this because in LA (where Im from) a lot of the time, businesses will be "hidden", so to speak. The Power Steering pump on my Saturn Outlook was making a terrible noise and I figured it was on its way out. I checked the internet for a location near me that could check out the problem. The ad for Haven Auto Repair caught my eye and I thought Id give them a call. I was greeted by a very friendly voice who was able to set up an appointment immediately. When I arrived, I was met by the receptionist and the owner, both extremely friendly and helpful, the place was clean and had fresh cookies and coffee. The owner accompanied me to my car and listened to my explanation. After looking over the vehicle the owner determined that my problem could be the lack of power steering fluid, he added fluid and asked me to drive the vehicle around for a bit and come back the next day where he could determine if there were any leaks. I dropped off my car the next day, and it turn out that it was not the power steering pump but a problem with my Rack and Pinion. I was provided with a complete diagnostic of the problem including pictures of the damaged parts, they explained the cost and how long the repair would take. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that they would provide a loaner car (free of charge) while the repairs were being made. I was even more surprised when a Limo arrived at my house to pick me up and take me to the shop for the loaner car. Needless to say, I was very happy with the entire experience, my car came back repaired and washed. I highly recommend Haven Auto Repair. Getting work done on any car these days will be expensive, these folks at Haven Auto Repair know how to treat their customers and help take a bit of sting out of the auto repair experience..

I honestly dont even think there is enough room to do a review on Haven Auto Repair that does it justice. This place is absolutely amazing. I dont think there is any auto repair as AWESOME as this, they have beyond great customer service, everyone is extremely nice and helpful and happy. I dropped my car off a limo took me back to work and picked me up, next day same thing, however my repairs were not going to be done in one day and they gave me a loner car...what who does that??? Haven Auto Repair, I trust them and its rare to hear someone say they trust a mechanic. I cant believe all the money they spend on advertising, they have very cleaver ads they send to your house telling of their specials, I even saved one because it was so cool, I get gift cards for $50 off my next service, they also send out a monthly newsletter that is just so fun to read, with funny stories and fun facts, I have never experienced anything like this and I tell EVERYONE about them and how they can be trusted and how happy they will be with their service. They even have good coffee and muffins in the lobby and not the cheap kind, not that has anything to do with car repair, you feel like you are going somewhere where they care from the moment you step into the door they go above and beyond. And do excellent work, I would highly highly recommend this place for any woman out there who feel like they dont trust mechanics or auto repair places, because you feel like they will take advantage of, Once you go in you will see what I mean. They are trust worthy and I say that with 100% confidence.
