My daughters Honda was overheating and I live 3,000 miles away from Corona. I found MVT by calling NAPA and asking the counter guy "where is the best repair shop in town?" They told me that this place does all kinds of repairs (not just tires) and that they were good. I called their manager, Charles, and from the get-go, he was really good. They checked my daughters compression and found the head gasket was blown. He said that they sub out their motor rebuilds and that their shop had done hundreds of jobs for them with only 1 issue, a transmission that was replaced after it failed. Long story short: the Honda engine was rebuilt for exactly what they said it would cost. I was in constant contact with Mountain View, who kept tabs on the rebuild shop for me and they never even charged me for the engine check! The car runs great and I dont have to worry about my kid. Thank you Charles, Im sure my daughter will be back if she has any other problems (engine was warrantied for 6 years, so Ill bet it wont be for that!) Update 8-3-2015 My daughters Honda has had a couple problems since the initial engine rebuild and MV auto has looked at her car twice WITH NO CHARGE at all! They changed the oil once and fixed a rattling muffler heat guard. If you use another repair shop, you are crazy in my opinion.

Ive never experienced better service with any car situation (dealer, mechanic, etc)- wish I lived closer so I could use this team for all of my cars needs! I dropped in today not sure what was going on with my car- it was making strange noises and I needed to get back to LA to get to work ASAP. Everyone I spoke with was exceptionally helpful and friendly, they brought my car back immediately, told me exactly what was going on, and I was able to drive away much more quickly than I expected. Couldnt be happier with how the situation was handled and really appreciate the service today!

These guys quite frankly hit a home run on service. After being let down by my go-to company for tires, I drove across the street as I recalled a buddy having a great experience. Ed was a super nice guy, and while buying new high quality tires is a drain on the wallet, these guys never pressured or tried to up-sell. I recommend them to anyone in the market for new tires!

I came in due to a flat tire yesterday, luckily I was able to drive in with my spare tire in place. A very nice gentleman named Charlie helped me out right away. They did not have the tire I needed in stock at the shop but they were able to get one quickly and install it in no time. Knowledgable and courteous staff!
