I went to this dry cleaner for the first time expecting your typical experience which is decent at most dry cleaners. And yes, they were pleasant, when dropping off my clothes. So I gave them a brand new shirt that cost over 100 dollars - unworn. I picked it up and put it on that weekend, to find my button holes were torn as is the press had stripped the holes opened. When i went to the location to report the damage the caused, they insisted that its impossible that anyone there could do such a thing and refused to offer any service or assistance with this. It would have required sewing too button holes and the owner was sitting in front of a sewing machine drinking coffee... This of course, was an very bad experience for me. I will never return again and I forewarn anyone else to know that they will not take responsibility for their actions.

I brought in a shirt with a stain and a blue dress that needed to be hemmed. When I returned to pick up the shirt, they had lost it and spent 15 minutes searching for it, only to realize the shirt had not been cleaned and had been sitting with a stain in it for 3 days. The dress that was hemmed turned out terribly. They used black thread on a blue dress and did not clean the dress and was requested and listed on the receipt. While the owners are sweet, the are incompetent and I do not recommend this dry cleaners.
