As MANY of the reviews for this horrible place, I would like to give this once NEGATIVE stars, but I cant, so one star will have to do. SUPER EXPENSIVE FOR ZERO QUALITY AND THEY RUIN EXPENSIVE CLOTHES. not only have they ruined a couple of my sweaters, they tore a HUGE HOLE (the size of a basketball) in a very expensive tablecloth and offered $20.00 bucks for it AFTER complaining for two weeks. As if that wasnt bad enough, I have never experienced ruder customer service in dealing with the whole situation. They took ZERO accountability and the owner BEN is by far the cheapest man. I understand you are running a business, but you need to keep customers satisfied, especially loyal ones who bring a lot of business to you because Hilltop just lost a few big clients. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!

I was excited at the outset about a full service dry cleaners open late - theyre expensive but I felt it was worth a bit extra. The very first dress shirt I took in to have cleaned came back with an inch long tear in the elbow. When it was brought to Hilltops attention they denied any responsibility, blamed me for the tear (garments were inspected when dropped off) and refused any sort of compensation. There are hundreds of cleaners in LA that do perfectly respectable work. What sets the good apart from the bad is their customer service. Suffice it to say, Ill never be setting foot in a Hilltop cleaners again.

Hilltop Cleaners is an asset to my wardrobe. Their dry cleaning services extends the life span of my expensive clothes and keep me looking GREAT! Any dry cleaners can clean and press your clothes in 1 hour, but they dont care for the garments as well as Hilltop Cleaners. Hilltop offers promotions and discounts to keep you coming back and interact with their customers on a first name basis, this type of professional treatment is not found in the valley at other establishments.
