I tried Rite Cleaner for the first time a few weeks ago, and I will not be returning. They pressed my favorite (and very expensive) skirt rather than steaming it, and in doing so flattened the sequins on it and dulled their shine. When I asked to be reimbursed, they told me it was a manufacturer error, and that they would only refund my money if I called the manufacturer first. I did, and the manufacturer agreed that the skirt was destroyed because of the cleaners carelessness. I also consulted with a friend who has been in the dry cleaning business for years, and he confirmed that the cleaner should have known better than to press a skirt with sequins. When I brought these arguments back to Rite Cleaner, however, the owner went back on his original promise to reimburse me, stating that he "changed his mind." Obviously, they have no interest in keeping me as a customer or in backing up the quality of their work, so I will now be taking my business to a cleaner who will appreciate it.

As so many have said about this place, I was completely blow-away by how friendly and courteous the staff is here. Always a smile and a pleasant greeting. Prices are very reasonable and the work is very good. Heres a tip, dont even mess with the parking lot, look for a metered spot on the street. The lot is a nightmare with everyone sitting and waiting for a space.

#1 Dry Cleaner in the Valley. I brought in a white tux shirt with a big black blob of pen ink and they magically got it out. My old cleaners on Ventura and Canoga wouldnt even attempt to work on the shirt. This is my new go to cleaners and they are cheap and high-quality. Will definitely be loyal to these guys. Also super friendly and welcoming customer service.

Very reliable and affordable. I dont quite understand the other reviews that would be below a 4. I always drop off 10-15 items and they get them done in just a few days for half of the cost as the cleaner in the same shipping center

Their website says $10 off dry cleaning if you like them on Facebook. I did but the cashier refused to honor it. Obviously I then unlike them. False advertising.
