I have only recently moved to the area and as such, I had the typical dumb lost tourist look on my face for a bit, I asked around and was told that Fazio was my best bet for dry cleaners. By default, I take recommendations with a grain of salt, because YOUR likes, may not equate to mine. Just something I learned over the years, I guess. Anyway, so why am I a loyal customer? #1: I travel a lot for work, and took my clothing to the cleaners and asked if he could have them ready by Saturday, he said yes. Saturday afternoon my clothing was ready. #2: They know what heavy starch means. I always use a lot of starch, almost to the point of them being able to stand on their own. I have since washed my shirt twice and it still has the stiffness to it. The prices are great, and the owner recognizes me by name. Oh, and it is about a half mile walk from my place. Reasonable prices, excellent service, and I walk off the pounds to boot!!

I was quoted $10 less than what I payed for a tuxedo shirt. The manager did not seemed to care about this at all, so I just left the store and plan never to go back again. Very unprofessional and expensive (the quote was already expensive)! Dont go there, this place is overrated. The shirt was otherwise nice and white but folded badly in the box so: FAZIO THEM!

The cleaning and pressing is good. The hours are convenient. There is a nice woman who works there. There is at least one very rude and very pompous Hispanic man who works there. It is fairly convenient though the parking is congested. The worst is probably that they are SOOOOOOO expensive and do not keep their word about discounts.

Extremely Bad Customer Service.... The quality of the dry cleaning and laundry service is "below average" would not recommend nor go back.
