DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!! They are completely unreliable. I also used this cleaners because of the 30% off value pac coupon. I dropped my suit off one day and came to pick it up the next and they gave me the wrong suit. They had no idea what happened to it and had no way to find out if somebody had picked it up. Not only did they not recover the suit, they did not reimburse me for any of it, and would not even refund my dry cleaning bill! Now I am out an $1800 suit because of their incompetence.

Charged me 3 times the quoted price when I showed up to pick up my tailored suit jacket. They then held my suit hostage until I paid it and because their claim ticket creatively doesnt have prices on it, you arent left with much choice. Definate cheaters and I wont be back!
