remember thinking, clever name, when I first heard of this place. But it could be slightly misleading because they dont just offer pole dancing, they offer the full suite(or most of) circus/aerial arts! Theyre located off of middlefield road and it can be a little hard to find. Just look for the health center sign and the train tracks on the road, and thats where you turn to this lot of full suites/offices and theyre suite O and N. Ive come here for both the open gyms and the aerial art class. Theyre I believe, the only gym/studio in the southbay that has open gym/studio so you can practice: straps, lyra, pole, silks, trapeze, and hammock. It is a small studio so you have to learn to share and be patient. It is amazing to watch everyone do their stuff, theyre so graceful and beautiful in the air. One day ill get there. I think the people here are super nice and very friendly. My only gripe is that I wish they had more silks. They had to take some away to make room for other aerial equipment which I totally understand but it still sucks because I just want the silks (but thats me being selfish). Great studio for drop in classes and learning different aerial arts. They offer a ton of different classes and their instructors are also very encouraging and knowledgeable.

$35 for a drop in but if you dont mind shelling out some dough, this is an awesome class to check out! Great teachers and lots of fun.
