We been members for over 5 years the Club keeps going down hill the hot tub is All WAYS Closed due to they are to cheap to fix the hot tub the right way . The Outdoor pool is closed at least 1 day a week, in the Summer due to swim meets its not about the members its about them making money for there swim, meets . Parking sucks in the Summer due to pee wee basebase So,when, there are games good luck finding parking . Mens locker rooms need to be updated its kinda like your locker room in Hi school . Staff is nice its clean The tennis courts are cracked and need to,be redone . If you want a outdoor pool its great When its open I say swim team use the indoor pool So the outdoor pool is closed at 230 TUE and Thrusdays until the end of July for swim meets I say refund the members since we cant use the pool on nice days like this in,Summer I give 1 star .. Its one step below the YMCA

I joined Samena this past spring when I signed my son up for summer daycamps. Best decision ever! I love the fitness room there - great workouts. My son and I have had numerous outings in the pool, and each time my son explains Samena is the best place in the world (and he has been to Disneyland even!). The daycamps have been an amazing experience and we changed my sons camp schedule so he could attend more this summer, and we know next year camp planning will be easy as soon as the Samena camp brochure is out! We are so grateful for this gem in Lake Hills! I have never had issues with crowding at the pool or gym. Ive been pleasantly surprised by that. I used to belong to 24 hour fitness in Bellevue and some days Id turn around and go home because just finding a parking space was too much. I love the atmosphere at Samena!

I have very bad experience with One of the Instructor name Mark. His attitude and misbehavior shocked my son and me he asked to us come at 6.30 instead of his regular timings at 7pm, and he started arguing with me that he was communicated to me from previous class. In reality he spoke to someone else and without admitting his mistake he started arguing take your son and I alreaday communicated. When I reported Samena administrator all he want is he wanted to say sorry for his next class. Does this punishment is good enough for him for his indecent behavior? I cant take it!!! if a person who doesn;t know how to speak to kid and parents so I am dropping of my entire classes with Samena until Management come and fire him for couple of month to realize with his bad nature.

My son attends preschool at Samena. He is having so much fun there! The teachers are very warm and can really relate to children. They spend lots of time after work preparing creative projects. My son looks forward to school, and he loves his daily swim class too. The afternoon class has very low child/teacher ratio. Another perk is that I am "forced" to work out while watching my son swim or play at the playground. I am so glad that i found thi gem. Id highly recomend it. The front desk staff and swimming teachers are very warm and helpful. The fitness room doesnt have as many equipment as Proclub, but the membership is much cheaper and the pool is less crowded. i like watching him swim while running on a treadmill

Be super carful when signing for it. I paid fulled for one full year, but unfortunately I could not attend the last 6 Months of it. Then I got a bill with some hundred of dollars because the membership just renew by itself. ( probably my fault for not reading the small letters in the contract) that is ok but what I am mad about was that, I explained my situation and they made me pay for something I never used after all. I call that, robbery! So so so so disappointed, Im definitely not coming back! BTW, in the other one, The same thing happened on the PRO-Club in Bellevue, but they did understood my situation and waive the balance for me.

Ive had a family membership for several years and visit at least 3 times a week to use the indoor pool. The indoor pool is available year round and is kept quite warm. I swim in the evenings (after 7pm) and the lanes arent very crowded for doing lap swim. Half the pool is open at that time for people (mostly kids) to play games and just have fun. I generally swim a few miles when I go while my kids play and then we warm up in the hot tub before cleaning up and going home. I go about 150 times a year and the facility is generally well maintained.

My son had swimming classes with 2 instructors and they were very good. But the management and scheduling is a total disaster. For example, i called to asked about the instructor, the front desk doesnt know. I need to come in to find out. If a instructor doesnt show up in the day of the class, they dont notify you. Such waste of my time to plan and come in to find out that the class was cancelled.

My kids like the summer camp at Samena. The swimming team is more for fun and exercise. If you are looking for a team for competitive swimming, thats not the one for you. One or two staff in front desk can get VERY inpatient when they are getting busy (eg, more phone calls or more people in line). An OK place for spending one thousand dollars yearly family member fee there.

Going here for the swim classes. Like the facilities they provide. Seems a lil expensive than Bellevue YMCA. But love the classes though.

Not fancy, and very family friendly. Both indoor and outdoor pools. We like to bring dinner to eat on the outside patio by the pool.

Club is kinda janky but it works. Good pools, great aftercare program for kids, and decent gym for working out.

The only thing is that they had to close the pool for half an hour because someone pooped in it.
