I have been to many club Pilates in other states and this is by far the worst one I have been to. The workout was fine, but the instructor which I think must be the owner was unfriendly. The instructor never adjusted and helped with posture. Extremely disappointed especially because I go to a lot of club Pilates in different states. So unwelcoming and rude. Will never be coming back to this location.

I was very skeptical about taking a group lesson and questioned the value of the workout. But these instructors have their pacing down! They still give individual coaching while keeping the class on track. Im getting a great workout, at an affordable price. And the online booking tool is awesome! This way my workouts fit within my schedule. Love it!
