Its a nice small neighborhood gym. They have good equipment and a small homey environment, however they dont have a huge facility with lots of equipment like 24 or powerhouse. This is a great gym if you are looking for a friendly in and out spot to burn some calories!

Clean and friendly staff but very small, not a wide selection of machinery and pretty cramped. We came here to test it out and will be staying with our 24 hour membership instead.
