Great gym, always welcoming. One of the few gyms I know that take people with disabilities and give them personal training tailored to their needs. Jasmine, (and Liz prior to her) has been amazing! She is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and always there to give a good advise. Highly recommended for young and old people who want to get great personal training.

This is the best gym ever. Im 93 years old, and have been training with Jasmine, one of the owners, for over 8 years. She has kept me on my feet, and pain free. She is one of the most knowledgeable people about fitness that I have ever met. She tailors my program to my needs on a day to day basis. This gym welcomes everyone, but especially older people, which is wonderful.

Family owned businesses like this offer exceptional service and I dont feel like I am just a tool to reach the sales goals of big gyms. Great club with very helpful employees. Jasmine is my personal trainer and knows how to help me get and stay fit. As a competitive senior tennis player I need to be in top shape. This Club has everything I need.

Lots of equipment for a small gym. Friendly staff, easy street parking. Wish there were more classes, but if you have your own workout already, this place is perfect.
