This business is beyond crooked. Please take these reviews into consideration before you contact them. I went to my friends apartment and as we got there we ran into his neighbor who has locked himself out of his car. His wallet, house keys, and phone were locked in the car as well. Please keep in mind that my friends neighbor is disabled which also causes him to have a difficulty speaking. My friend, being the nice guy that he is, invites his neighbor over to use his phone and computer to find someone to unlock his car. Unfortunately he found "Fidelity locksmith". We helped him speak to them, and this lady answered and told us that it would be $25 for the visit and $35 for every hour of labor. We had an agreement with the lady on the phone that it should not take more than 1 hour and the max price would be $70. She even told us "it will probably be even less because i will apply a 10% discount coupon". We wait in the lobby while two men show up in their own personal car with a couple of tools (not professional at all). The guy goes "wheres the car", no "hi" or "hello" or any formal greeting. At this point, my friend and I think his neighbor is okay on his own. Literally, an hour goes by and he comes up my friends door and starts knocking like hes security. When we opened the door, he had such a traumatized look on his face. Poor kid was harassed by the two guys after they were able to open his car to retrieve his belongings. They demanded $180 from him, and when he opened his wallet they took the only money he had which was $80. Then, they put him in their car and drove him to an ATM machine and told him that he needs to withdrawal another $100! His card reached the limit of withdrawals so they dropped him back off and took his wallet. We called the man that showed up and told them to bring back the wallet. They said they didnt have a wallet and to stop calling them. We threatened to call the police and then they said they "accidentally" took the wallet by mistake and that we had to go to Pasadena to pick it up. At this point Im furious, I couldnt believe that a business would pull something like this, especially to somebody who couldnt even defend himself. They were literally taking advantage of him because they knew he couldnt do anything (him being disabled). So we called the company directly and told them about the entire incident. The manager named Steven refused to speak to any of us. He said that he only wanted to speak to the neighbor (knowing that he had trouble speaking). When we told him that they took his wallet, he said that it was on "accident" and he should have been more responsible. When we told him that we were getting police involved he said he will get the wallet to us by the end of the night. Moral of the story is stay far away from them, and just pay $50 a year for AAA. Save yourself the trouble and harassment by these people who claim to run a "business."

Please save yourself. Do not contact Fidelity Locksmith Services. They took advantage of my neighbor who left everything in his car including cellphone, wallet, and keys. So i thought id help him out because he is handicap. When i saw that they arrived i left back to my apartment thinking he was in good hands since they would be opening up his car and my neighbor would be able to go on with his day. But No, after an hour he came knocking to my door telling me that they wanted to charge him 180$ but when they opened his wallet they only found 80$. They then put him in their car and drove him to a ATM so he can withdrawal more cash and they told him they wouldnt leave until they got all they money. I cant imagine what my neighbor went through, hes a young kid who isnt able to speak up and scared of a fly. They then dropped him off and took his wallet. When my neighbor came into my room and told me all of this i called the Fidelity Locksmith Services directly, and the manager Steven said they took the wallet on accident and we would have to go pick it up in Pasadena. Fidelity Locksmith Services is a scam, fraud, and thieves. They will charge you triple from what they told you over the phone.

Needed a Mercedes key replaced, told me it was going to be over 500 dollars, I said thats twice as much as the dealer. Was told that they have to buy the coding from them(huh?). Anyway I said no thanks Ill have to shop around as I was locked out of the car and needed to get it out of the spot I was parked in. Dealer said 2 days so they we not an option, eneded up paying 300 for he damn thing... the guy I used told me the charge is in labor, the fob cost like 5 bucks. But now these guys keep calling me. I answer and they dont say anything. Too expensive and obviously they all lie about pricing these guys just seem to be the top of the lying bunch. Its just keys and locks guys, please cut the price gouging out.

This is a huge business scam. They told me its a 25 dollar flat rate and 30 dollars an hour for the labor. So why is it that when they arrive they tell me that theres a flat fee of 225 dollars? And when I asked why, the response was "thats the rate for your type of car." I told them I didnt have that much money with me because I had agreed to the lower amount. They then go on to tell me they would take me to an ATM (having to get in their car) so I could get the money. These guys pray on your weakness and will do everything they can to get money out of you. Horrible people. If you havent already gotten the gist of this review, to be clear, I advise you not to call them for any of your car needs.

I had been locked out of my safe for 2 weeks. I ordered keys form the safe manufacturer and paid for express shipping, but guess what? I couldnt get the safe open... I called Fidelity Locksmith on Saturday and the same day an appointment was made for the following Monday. The technician showed up and in about 20 minutes not only got my safe opened for me but salvaged the key lock that my Son had damaged. I had heard horror stories about locksmiths overcharging and raising the price after the job was complete but with Fidelity, the price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone.

Fidelity locksmith saved my behind! My family from out of town came to visit me and while on a rush trying to prepare everything for them I manage to lock myself out of my home while I had food in the oven and them on the way in 3 hours. I was thinking about breaking my window to get in but how would that look to my family I thought. Fidelity was the first place I called, and they said they could be out to me in 30 minutes so I said please come faster if you can and they did! They got here in 20 minutes and understood my situation with compassion. Phemeneomal service!
