I called. Couldnt barely understand the guy on the phone. He seemed like he couldnt understand me either. Said he would send a technician, never called or showed up. Called another company, ANYTIME LOCKSMITH they were there within the time they said and didnt make me wait to hear from someone else. I have my keys and Im happy but not from these guys. Cant believe they are a number one Google hit!! They seem like amatures trying to rip people off and others too. Dont use them. In addition, they are not on yelp. Seems like a scam to me.... All of the other locksmith companies in Reno are there. Called ANYTIME because they had the most reviews, and were 5 star rated. These guys are bs and not worth your time. Guessing their reviews are fake or from their friends who dont even know what kind of business they are running. SOOOOO PISSESD!! not even a courtesy call back.

I was so stupid!! got my keys locked in the car so google locksmith Reno and these guys came up with 1 good review so took my chances and Im so glad I did!! Mike was there in not even 10 minutes (guess he was close or something but thanks for not taking your time) anyways, got me back in my car and while I had that done, I just moved in to a new condo so he followed me and I had him change the locks on my new place. He was suppose to finish working at the time but he came and did it anyways. when he was done because I got my locks changed he gave me a really good discount and didnt charge me for the car lock out service! I was so happy! he really made my day! Thanks Mike and the Locksmith Reno team! keep it up!! p.s is really cute too!!

Thank You guys so much! My only set of house keys got stolen this weekend along with my wallet. someone broke in my car and I had to rekey my vehicle door locks and also the locks on my house. I called locksmith reno and they were the only company that actually answered the phone since it was thanks giving. Ben showed up after 30 minutes and got everything done for me. He was so helpful and even help me carry in my groceries :-) I cant thank you guys enough, you really made a bad situation not so bad after all. Thank you so much! I was in Reno for a few days with some friends and we lost the keys for our rental car. I didnt get any response to my call, open 24 hours a day or not. Im pretty sure I wont get a courtesy call back either. I will be going to another locksmith who answered promptly. Hopefully this was just one bad experience, otherwise I have no idea why there are all these high votes.

Thank you guys for helping me with my locks. Mike and Jason showed up after I lost my house keys, I freaked out and called a locksmith, they were here fast and let me in my house and then changed my locks. They really made a bad situation not that bad.
