Pros: Its a good price, dont have to pay an arm and a leg to work out The trainer is super nice and friendly, and in shape (which I thinks one should be if they work at a gym) Super spacious which is a plus A year ago the equipment seem really nice and clean Cons: Guess you get what you pay for, because the staff looks annoyed to be there, and you feel like youre inconveniencing them or interrupted their conversation if you buy some water or ask them a question, also the water fountain use to give out COLD water and both fountains worked...now the one fountain, the water is room temp and the other one never works. Idk about you but its a gym and PF prides itself on being different than other gyms which is cool, but when you bring PIZZA and BAGELS AND COFFEE AND CANDY to your own gym then you on purpose want Ppl not to succeed.... I never took any of that food BTW because I wanna see results not keep my LBS....talk about temptation though for some folks they are eating a bagel while they are sitting on the bike exercising...WTF??? Thats an oxymoron to me!! Have juice bar or some healthier alternatives thats thats all Im saying. The equipment are getting old and they are not changing them and they dont look too top like they use to be and before the staff use to clean all the time now there are candy wrappers on the machine (which is the clients that dont clean after themselves) but still its your job as an establishment to keep your place clean and tip top for your members to come back every time and be satisfied with your location... A year ago I gave this location 5/stars and now it has gone down to 2...I guess its harder to maintain an A+ than to earn it from an F which they are heading in that direction if they dont get it together!!!!

Ive been to a few PF across the country and this one has had the worst management, by far. We were there at closing time and, instead of making an announcement to everyone in the locker rooms, they decided just to turn off the lights. It gets extremely dark in there with the lights off. There were about 10 guys changing and trying to make it back from the showers without slipping and cracking their heads open. The lights came back on after about 5 minutes only to go back off after an employee walked through the locker room without saying anything. Three of us were still in there. I came out and asked if that was their policy, instead of just making an announcement. They said it was an accident. I told them that my wife was still in the womens locker room and, big surprise, they turned t he lights off on her and failed to turn them back on once I told them she was still in there. She said that she couldnt even see her clothes to get dressed. This is being reported to Corporate. Theres no way this can be corporate policy. Dark, wet locker room is a HUGE liability. The employees just wanted to leave ASAP for their Friday night, instead of worrying about the safety and welfare of the members. Go to another location, if you can.

Had to quit this gym because for the last 2 months they are serving up HOT water out of the only water fountain. Have repeatedly alerted the manager Andrea to this and all she has for me are excuses about how plumbing contractors cant figure it out. She can offer me no resolution timeline, she can offer me no discounts of membership, she can only offer me to quit and take the door! So naturally I quit on the spot, and was rudely asked to leave because they didnt like my complaints and when I asked her and the other staff who else I can contact, they refused to give out any other corporate contacts. VERY shady company. This must be Americas worst gym. Really stupid to be serving your sweaty gym customers HOT water during the hottest time of summer. It should be noted that a few feet away from their crappy hot water fountain, they have a large retail cooler filled with COLD water bottles for sale. This should give you a taste for how Planet Fitness does business.

I only been to the gym 1 time this year and when I went for the 2nd time in 3 months, they said I cannot work out because I need to pay my past due of Sept. last year. Really? I saw my bank statement that you guys charge me every month, and this how I get treated. I asked if I can work out and take care of it later, and I got turn down. I was upset and cancel my account, and these staff said that I need to pay some of the fees before they can close my account. Seriously? I dont need you to keep charging me until I get $29.99. Its frustrating when you dont need something but they forced you to pay before they end your account. The customer service sucks, they think they know it all. How about hit that treadmill and lose that 300lb, fat bitches. Dont fall for that $10, its cost more than that, and they will refuse to cancel your account when you have all the right to end it. Ridiculous

Probably the dirtiest club anywhere in terms of trash on floor, locker rooms trash everywhere........toilet paper rolls all strung out...........and not to mention the dumbbell rack weights scattered across the ab workout area and even in the front of the gym. So ok, its a pig pen but if you are anything above a novice weightlifter stay far away. Dumbbells go up to 75 pounds, there are no bench presses......said NO plated presses anywhere............most accessories are missing for the pull downs ( like close grip handles, ect )............ and zero leg curls standing up............its a mullet place and thats about it. Planet Fitness bills itself as this great workout facility whereas its slightly better than a YMCA. Might just be your place but not mine. Front desk a meeting area with staff and their friends all sitting on counters............

I was naked seconds from getting in the shower at about 1:30 am Mar. 22 2017 and next thing I know I hear a mans voice saying "anyone in there?" So I yelled "yeah". Next thing I know I hear someone in the garbage, so I peek my head around the corner, still naked, shower water running to get it warm, and a man is in the womens room cleaning the garbage. So I wave my hand at him(he had Beats head phones on) and say hey! Are you allowed to be in here? He says yeah, I work here. I said am I missing something are you a female??!! He said no, and went about his business for about 30 more seconds before he realized it might be a good idea to exit the restroom. Unbelievable and unacceptable! What kind of training to do these guys get? Maybe hire a girl or two for the night shift as well....

for the price theres nothing really to complain about. the only thing that I dont like but its not a big deal is the weekend hours it be nice if they were 24/7 on the weekends but again not that big of a deal alot of people I notice dont wipe down machines after they use them and I notice its mostly seniors that do it but again no big deal I wipe my machines before I use them anyways. I see some reviews complaining about bad body odor, its a gym its not supposed to smell like roses. the bathrooms are always clean the soap every now and then is empty but theyll get refilled shortly after. sometimes the signs that say a machine doesnt work will fall off or not get reported at all but thats not a big deal it happens. Also I do like they have security in the parking lot watching the cars
