Awful place!!! First, they dont take the time to learn the family dynamics. They are rude when asking people to leave the service. They treat the "family" as if they were not family. They started the service late because they were not ready. Very unhappy with their service. I would not recommend it at all. I had complaints about some of our friends who attended the service that the staff was not helpful at all.

I wanna really thank Arlington mortuary, specially Melvin Torres and staff for making my fathers vigil, mass, and burial the best memorial a person can have. They were very attentive to detail, and made this hard time into a great transition for our loved one. I really recommend this mortuary, for your beloved needs. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff.
