If I could give them 0 Stars I would. These people are a bunch of crooks. My mom sign up with them well over 20 years ago for cremation and they gave her a niche instead. Then after months and months to a year of complaining they finally sent her a refund check in the mail however due to her having surgeries and construction done on the house the check was lost and never cashed. So for the past nine months weve been trying to tell these people that the check was never cashed its been well over stale dated we need another check as you still owe us money. They want to say we need to investigate its going to the corporate which is fine but its been nine months now. So we told them that they need to send a refund check or w will file a complaint. That day they called and said will issue a refund check. So my mom went down there to get the check and they made her sign a paper saying she received the check however after she signed it and looked at the check they spelled her last name wrong and now they refuse to give her the paper back that she signed. After almost 2hrs of waiting the reissued her another check on the spot.

My grandmother made arrangements over 30 years ago for her crypt and remains, as well as her name plaque and what was to be engraved. The associates were very friendly and helpful in assisting he with her needs and assurred her that everything was taken care of. My grandmother passed in July. Since then we have had nothing but problems with these people. Supposedly the plaque has been made incorrectly, her name could not be engraved the way they sait it could be, and we have already waited 5 MONTHS. We were just informed it will be another 4 and a half months until her plaque is up...if were lucky. Not once has anyone of our family received a phone call, letter, anything informing us of whats going on or the supposed issues they have encountered while "trying" to create the plaque. If you havent paid for services yet, youre a priority, once they have your money, you can just wait until they have time to manifacture or pop the plate up there. Wow, so unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this Cemetery.

I wish they would do a better job on weed wacking and better security system would be great I still dont have much for my mom for Xmas I had stuff stolen 2 times so everyone watch your stuff if I put anything down Ill make sure I have my name on it or make sure its glued down and if I have anything more stolen from me I wont be decorating its sad why am I the only one getting stuff stolen
