HORRIBLE SERVICE. 1. Very slow service and response time. I have been waiting on Allan Clinton Staggs to respond to my vm and email for 2 weeks. We have been working with him on my grandmothers tombstone. He originally told me the picture we wanted to use would not work. We spent months looking for a picture that would work only to find out later that the original picture was fine. We gave final approval on 12/23/14 and I am still waiting on Allan to give me an ETA on when the tombstone will be done (today is 1/28/15). All he could tell me is that it will not be available by 2/3, which is the 1 year anniversary of her death. I asked if there was anything they could do to speed up the process (we have already waited 4 weeks and the tombstone usually takes 2-3 weeks to complete). 2 weeks and still no response. Very, very disappointing. There have been several instances during our communication where I had to call and email multiple times to get a response. 2. We asked them multiple times to put in a flower holder since there is no marker or tombstone. It took 2 people multiple phone calls and emails and close to a year to get them to install it. Once installed, I went to check, and it was in the wrong place! I had to call them to move the flower holder to the correct gravesite. WTF????? I am shocked and dismayed at the horrible service here.

Our first experience with el camino memorial was very pleasant and informative. Tish and Rachel were both very professional and compassionate. I realize they do not make the pricing so I will not fault them for what we discovered. No One is prepared for the results and information that we received which.seemed shocking. However looks like Family Plots WERE best way to go if youre able. Plan ,Plan, Plan, Plan no one really thinks about it til its way to LATE!!!! My comments to anyone who may read this be PREPARED this is a very costly expense. Bottom line they too have a job to do and they do it quite well. BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS FOR ANYONE TO VISIT OR RESIDE.

By far the worst service ever endured! The request was for 100 small cards with photo, name, bible verse on one side, back side with date of birth, date of death and the Irish Blessing..They were given a sample card with instruction to use one simple font. After two days they were to be ready at 1pm . The photo was not even centered, They used several different fonts. The bible verse was in CAPS. After several adjustments they said they would re do them . After waiting for 3 hours I gave up. There only comment was "sorry". What a waste of time. Dont go there. If anyone mentions El Camino Memorial Park RUN dont walk. A complete waste of time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have been waiting almost 2 months for my grandmothers tombstone to be completed and the person I am working with has no idea what is going on and still cant give me an ETA. Also, it takes several phone calls and emails for him to get back to me. Im really at a loss as we have no missed the 1 year anniversary of her death AND mothers day and there is no tombstone when we visit her grave. Very sad and disappointing.

What can I say about this place? We chose to bury Mom here because of the location (she used to work nearby) and it is very solemn and beautiful. We were less than impressed with some of the details of the funeral home (a separate company) and would go with some other company instead in the future.

My Grandfather passed away and we needed to bury him quickly due to religious law and a Jewish holiday coming up. They worked with us and made it happen and we were able to bury him the same day instead of having to wait a week due to the circumstances. It is what he would have wanted.

They somehow forgot to send specific clothes my mother had given them to send to the crematorium for my grandpa to be cremated in. Yes we know the clothes would have been cremated too but they were special clothes to us and they carelessly forgot to send them with him.

My daughter passed away and these guys were 15 min away from my house and it took them 3 hours to get to my house and then they were really unporfessional and were very rude. I dont recomend them at all.

If your thinking of going there think ahead. It is like a Manufacturing Mortuary. There are plenty of alternatives for Mortuaries to go around at a lower cost. Due your due diligence first.
