Three of our PCs got infected with some kind of virus. Two of them were so bad that they were unusable. We brought the two bad ones into the store and with in two days they were back up and running. I have no idea how these guys fixed them, but we are glad they did. The third PC was fixed by a visit to our house. They not only repaired our PCs but they secured our wireless network and installed software on the PCs to keep the viruses off. What a god send!! I will recommend My Wire Guy to anyone who needs computer service.

My desktop system suffered a heavy hardware crash. My Wire Guy saved the HD with all the data! Then, he re-cased it as an external HD for use with my laptop. The old system was parted out for me to later sell for cost recovery. My Wire Guy gave me a practical solution to a surprise event, which could have caused the loss of valuable info and years of work. Also, he installed anti-virus software on my laptop. Thanks to My Wire Guy, my computer life is back to normal plus safe and happy, too. -- M. A.

Sam was incredibly helpful, I cant say enough good things about the service here. I felt like I really got the one on one attention that I needed for the weird problems my computer was having. Sam took the time to hear me out (which no one else seemed to want to do) and made a list of all my issues on the computer. When I came in to get it, he had that list ready and went over them with me one at a time to make sure I was happy. Thanks!

A very fair/reasonable price for very excellent service. I had Anthony as my technician and he finished up everything I asked him for and then some. Great company, ill be coming back the next time I screw up my computer (probably wont be long)
