They charged me $410 for a screen/cover replacement which is over priced and worth half of my laptop. I should have just bought a new laptop but its already too late since the employee asked for a down payment of $150 to order in the screen/cover. The part took 1 MONTH.... because it came from China the employee claims. I do not get a phone call for 3 weeks after the part came in to notify me my laptops condition and I was very lenient to give him three weeks to complete the job after waiting a whole month prior for the part to come in. I finally had enough and went in to get my computer and I get charged $195 as if the service and timing was acceptable. I should have been discounted and not charged $195. I gave the employee THREE weeks when the part came in to get the job done and when I pick up my computer it was put together but not finished. My laptop had some loose parts. The employee told me when the part arrived he would have the job done in 40 minutes.... that was a complete lie as you heard from my experience. Horrible business and service, I would not recommend this place to anyone who is having issues with their laptops. The employees are nice..... but that is all. They have no clue what they are doing and charging for services. My total wait time from the first day I left my computer there to this day I am writing this review which is 11/14/2016 12:37 PM. I waited a total of 2 months to get a screen replacement for my laptop.... waiting 2 months and paying $410 for a laptop I paid $1,000 at best buy..... huge rip off and horrible service! Never received a phone call to know how my laptop was doing within those two months of me waiting patiently. I had to keep calling and visiting the store in person to hear excuse after excuse.... 1 Star well deserved! Never come here for serious computer repair problems.

WORSE PLACE EVER. Im giving 1 start because I need to, but I would give ZERO stars for this place. It used to be great with the original owners, but now with the new owner/management NOTHING of them says and its professional & honest. Do yourself a favor specially if you have all your financial information in your phone/computer RUN DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. I took in a business PC and a hard drive to get it fix and since I had used Simply Simple before and had been a great experience I went back with another PC where we kept quickbooks and all financial accounts & records and after that we started seeing fraudulent checks written from all accounts and cashed in the area of Stockton, Sacramento and Modesto. We filed a police report and I hope that all this thieves get caught and go to JAIL.

Luckily I didnt use the phone that needed the screen repaired because it took a very long time to me and every other person was telling me it was done, almost done and then it was more than a week later I believe, and the owner took great care of me. It was repaired so that I could unlock and get ALL of my one and only childs first heart beat sounds, growing moving tummy till 4 months or less when it fell and shattered. So I have the most precious memories back again! THANK YOU! Will be coming back for all our repair needs.

Ive had several occasions to bring cell phones in for repairs and have received nothing but quick, exemplary customer service and with a smile! One of the instances my grandmother had passed away the same morning and I was without a phone as it it had broken and they went above and beyond to get my phone back to me as soon as possible in a very stressful and sad situation I would drive an hour to get service done by this establishment if I needed to

I have used Simplify Simple for years now. They have always come through with an easy, low cost fix for my cell phone. And I break my phone often, Im in construction. Any time one of the guys on my crew ask where to get a broken screen fixed or how to properly set up their phone I send them to Chris. I will definitely use Simplify Simple every time I need my phone fixed.

Took my iPhone 6 Plus to get the screen fixed, they tried to replace it but my board was broken. They didnt charge me and also referrred me to another cell phone place who could make the repair. So thankful for an honest business. Will definitely be taking any and all phone back to replace my broken screens.

I am very disappointed - their review of options and changes regarding Windows 10 to Windows 7 WAS TOTALLY LACKING. I naively thought when they said do you want programs transferred SOMEONE would have called to confirm everything JUST LIKE CHRIS used to do!!!

They will con you. They will just say they are replacing your screen and digitizer on phone but will go the cheap route and try replace just glass and pocket the money. The camera does not line up with glass and was loosely put bCk onto base.. Horrible place

Excellent service! I use my PC for streaming a lot because I dont have cable and my PC got infected. They were able to back up all my files and got my PC running better then when it was new! They even gave me a great deal on a 2nd computer!
