Benny, We appreciate your opinion. However, you must not have your facts correct. Such a difference in pricing leads me to believe that you did not describe your issues correctly or misheard what you were quoted. Most new phones, nowadays, cost over $500 for free retail value. $150 to fix a cracked screen is not unreasonable if you expect a quality repair on an expensive device. I know that the pricing here can be $45 if you provide your own part. Next time, please only review IF you have actually used the service.

I just came back from vacation and dropped my iphone and cracked the screen. Ive heard horror stories about non licensed apple stores doing unauthorized repairs, but these guys replaced the glass in 30 minutes and have not had a problem with it. They offered a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Im definitely happy with my repair. Now I going to have them repair my Ipad2 . My LCD screen seems to be acting up, but my glass is not broken. Lets see what they can do for me. :-)

Knowledgeable but way to expensive. This place is 4X the amount as the same exact repairs at the Pittsburg Mall. There knowledgeable & professional but they take advantage of desperate unsuspecting customers. Most dont no any better and are usually pretty eager to have there devices repaired. Shop around first. There are 3 iPhone/ cell phone repair shops in the Pittsburg Mall.

Peter is the best pc/external hard drive repair. I was in his office couple months ago for my external hard drive. But surely, peter is the best pc repair shop that you could ever find on yelp or perhaps the cheapest and fastest pc repair in the whole world. Dont go try anywhere else. Outstanding customer service and very friendly! Took my laptop here because it was running real slow. After a couple of days, got it back and it runs very fast now. Evidently, we had Malware. We are protected now. We considered taking to Best Buy but they wanted too much to just look at the laptop. Happy we found this place. John and Armando were great.

Staff friendly, however when they could not repair my ipad, they charged me $90 or "an hours labor". Their advertising of free estimates is very misleading. While i realize it takes time to figure out you cannot fix something, I will never take another device to them nor recommend them to any of my friends or acquaintances. Im still angry several days later.

Its not the best, but the place does help. I brought in my iPhone because the screen cracked. I got it 2 hours later, and realized the screen was popping off. A couple months later, I dropped my phone and the screen completely popped off. I went back to fix it again, got it back 6 hours later, and my phone is just fine... But. Its a tad bit glitchy. ARGH!

I had problems with my computer because I messed up after trying to updating it, so I called and they told me how to do it right over the phone instead of charging me. Great service, friendly people, and not working just to take your money. Theyre committed. If I ever have any cell phone problems or computer problems I will deffinately call them.

Bad service. I had brought in my Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and returned it to me with missing screws. Dont recommend bringing it here for a speedy repair either; I waited an entire week for my phone; customers beware.
