I was referred to iGeek by a friend, and boy am I glad that I was. Hammad is a wonderfully patient man who does a fantastic job of communicating to his customers what the issue is, what his potential courses of action are, what the cost will be, and even a bit about why all in language accessible to those without a technical background. Every step of the way he makes sure to keep you informed, and goes out of his way to do so via the medium you prefer. The turnaround alone would be worth seeing iGeek for; Ive never experienced any kind of tech support so fast and efficient. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem uwith my laptops hard drive in less than 24 hours in total, and his prices are only made even more reasonable by the comparatively high prices of Best Buy and the like. I cannot think of a single thing about my experience with iGeek to criticize; while I am now a native of Southern California, but if I have tech problems I would consider the drive just to take them to iGeek. This level of customer service is a fantastic, rare thing.

So, I randomly started getting these pop ups on my laptop and they started to get really bad and annoying. I looked online and found iGeek, along with a few others, via Craigslist. I called all the places and ask for prices so i could compare. When I called IGeek Tech I spoke with Hammad. He quoted me over the phone he told me the cost and said it could be done within the same day! His price was by far the lowest. I also told him about 2 other laptops that were just sitting around collecting dust and he agreed to repair all three for a deal. Coming from the pocket area I dropped off the laptops and he was nice enough to back up all of my data for free. Within the same day I received a courtesy call that all of my laptops were complete and ready to go. His service was 5 stars hands down and till this day my laptops are working perfectly, although I am not too worried because repairs by IGeek Tech are warrantied! Very glad I found this awesome company, will definitely refer this business.

I started getting some pop ups on my new macbook (so much for a virus free apple product). So I called iGeek Tech and he was able to quote me right over the phone. I must say his prices were very reasonable compared to other companies I called. He sounded very experienced and told me itd be done in just a few hours. Which was great turnaround compared to Geek Squad which takes weeks! At first it was odd that he operated from home, but Hammad was very welcoming and kind and had a standard setup inside. Overall it was a great experience. Would come back again!

I was having issues with my Macbook and was referred by a friend to iGeek Tech Repairs. Hammad (business owner) was SO friendly and professional both over the phone and in person. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to asess the issue and get my laptop back up and running by the end of the day. iGeek was so much more reasonably priced compared to going to any major retailer.. I normally dont even write reviews but definitely wanted to recommend his services to anyone in need! I will definitely be using iGeek for all of my future IT needs!

I have dual computers in my office and looked up a computer repair company on Google and his company came up first. Called the company and Hammad picked up right away. Explained to him whats going on and within in an hour Hammad showed up. Within 15-30 mins my computers were fixed. Amazing person. Definitely advise you guys to call this man. My computer was having problems with the screen so I asked them about it. They were extremely helpful and said that I could bring it in whenever to get it fixed. Great experience with iGeek Tech Repair! I had an older IBM laptop that needed a lot of work done - from virus removal to updating memory. Hammad from iGeek was very friendly and professional.
