I have been using Tracy Computers for years. The service and people are great. I purchased another computer from them after I had such luck with their services. Recently, I purchased a 2TB hard drive to upgrade one of my computers. I installed it myself and then had trouble getting it to format. I called Western Digital and spent over an hour on the phone with their tech support. They were not able to help me out. The next step was to go and see the guys at Tracy Computer. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes with my new hard drive up and running. They took it out of my computer and formatted it on one of their computers and then re-installed it. They did not even charge me. Those guys are great. I highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of a computer, service, parts or even iPhone repair.

For various reasons, for myself, my son & granddaughter, I have been going to Tracy Computers for some time now. My latest experience was because of a printer problem, where the tech (over the phone) took control of my computer-with my permission of course, and although he did get my printer working, he somehow changed my settings to where my Excel program would not work. Naturally I went to my friend Yori, and one of his staff was able to fix the problem. I am sorry, but I dont remember all the names of the great people who work for Yori. Tracy computers does NOT overcharge, they are honest, reliable and totally trustworthy. I consider them an extension of my family. I would not even consider going anywhere else to have any computer work done.

Tracy Computer services was a big help to my home laptops. they introduced me to newer and better programs that has helped make my laptops better and faster. the crewmembers are very profesional with high knowledge in the electronics and computer field. their in-store prices are very resonable, competitive and afforadable for anybody with a computer issue. the guys at Tracy computers know exactly what they are doing, and thats what makes their service a great experience to any customer. I highly recomend to anybody living within the Tracy California Area, with any computer issue to approach this great service for their computer electronical issue. you will leave satisfied. I have used Tracy Computers three times and every time they have exceeded my expectations. Their work has been first rate, completed on time, and for the amount they told me. With other shops there always seemed to be some unexpected extra they needed to add to the bill. Most important to me is the folks at Tracy Computer have always taken the time to tell me exactly what they were going to do and afterwards exactly what they did do. They are friendly professionals. 29 Apr.: I recently had an opportunity to use Tracy Computers remote access support and am very impressed with both how easy it was to use and how secure it is. As my rating suggests... WOO HOO! As good as it gets! Seriously, Tracy Computer Services has been there for me on multiple occasions for service on my iPod Touch 4G and iPhone 3GS. Every time, they treated me with courtesy and professionalism. Their work is reasonably priced. No gouging here, and the turnaround times are superb. I highly recommend Tracy Computer Services to my friends and enemies! Tracy Computer Services continues to provide me excellent service. This month, I brought in my iPhone that had been submerged in a milk shake! I received excellent advice and a reasonably priced diagnostic test to determine of the iPhone could be saved. Tracy Computers is one of the best places i have ever been to for any computer needs.I recently had a Hard drive go bad and they backed up all my data no problem and was Super fast about it. I have never had one issue taking anything to the Tracy location from Iphones to other peoples computers. Tracy Computers has the best prices for everything they do. I would like to recommend Everyone who has any computer Issues to bring their stuff here. Tracy computer is an excellent place to take care of computers for any kind of services if you need for your computers and they are professionals, I am using this place for my computers to update and getting fixed since 2009 and sometimes they helped my on the phone to use their product license to fix my computer. couple of months ago I experienced to purchased a laptop from them which is a great one and best price compare to most local retailers. Great Referal Tracy Computer Services was highly recommended by a friend. I tried them out finally. My laptop was infected with one of those scareware viruses, and these guys got rid of it in a couple hours, I though they were joking when I received a call from Yori. Once I went there to check it for myself, it was really fixed and the best thing was and I didnt lose my files and programs! These guys working there were also very knowledgeable and helpful. They offer FREE diagnostics too...I highly recommend!

My computer was crashed, I took it to Tracy Computer Services and within 3 hours I got it fixed. It is fast again. I got the pleasure to work with Yori and I must say that I am very pleased with the knowledge and customer service behind this company. Every question I asked was answered. I found out viruses crashed my computer and I didnt know that I have to use virus and spyware protection. I recommend this place to everyone, friendly, fast and very reasonable price.
