Employee misclassification is something that the Feds aren’t messing with. From large businesses to mom-and-pop shops, the fines are everywhere and they’re not cheap. Take a look: After five years of litigation, The Orange County Register in California agreed to pay $22 million to settle a suit involving the misclassification of workers as independent contractors. The Department of Labor ordered three construction companies to pay $491,100 in back wages and damages to 99 employees who were misclassified as independent contractors, in addition to another $108,900 in civil fines. A prominent shipping company settled a series of class action lawsuits alleging worker misclassification to the tune of $27 million. Previously, the IRS had already ordered the company to pay $319 million in back taxes and penalties. Estimates are that 20% of businesses misclassify workers; so make sure your business isn’t included in this nasty statistic. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! YOU WILL TURN AROUND AND HAVE TO GET IT FIXED AGAIN. Man I called and got the quote on a 5c screen. He originally said 90 dollars. Talked him all the way down to 60. So this was the first sign that something was wrong. And ive been told that these cheap screens wont last too long and that i should proble consider someone else. The first week i noticed that my phone wasnt positioned right on my phone. My screen was actually hanging out the phone. So my phone ends up breaking with the case on it in the house. A small drop, a drop that ive done several times in the past and this time my complete phone shattered. Within a week i called and asked told him about the situation he told me if the phone was cracked there was nothing he could do but if my phone was messing up then he could replace it lol. DONT GO HERE A OKAY GUY BUT THE QUALITY THUMBS DOWN. HE FIXES COMPUTERS NOT PHONES LOL

Took in my phone for a simple screen repair took them more than a week and a half. When my phone was returned to me not only was the screen not put on right but they caused my phone to not receive service. After taking it to my service provider they confirmed that not getting service was due to the screen replacement. As a college student money is tight and after trying to get a refund for the screen they told me that my phone was working perfectly fine even though I explained to them it wasnt. So I went in there paid 200+ dollars for them to just give me a broken phone back.

Earphone plug broke, took it in for repair. They took the screen off, said they had to order the part to repair it. I was only in town 1 day so I told them just do what they could to get the phone to work. They said they couldnt do anything, so I told them Id come pick it up. $53.17 later, I got the phone back (Less the 2 screws that held the screen in). When I got back home a local shop did the entire repair, inc. the 2 screws, for $50. Lesson learned...

This place suuuucckkks! They took a month to fix my i pad when they said it would take two days, they never called me to let me know if it was done or what was going on and i drove down there 3 different times when they said they were open only to find a "will be back later" sign on their door. They have wasted a ton of my time, and to top it off when i got the i pad it wasnt fixed right and wasnt closed all the way and had some tiny wire hanging out.

Do not trust this place...inferior workmanship. I brought in 3 iPhones all 3 were repaired with non oem parts. I had a profesional shop redo the repairs and they informed me that I had missing parts. When I confronted ipcfix they said that putting parts in was optional and that they have no record of me coming in to their store. Save your money go to a real shop that wont steal your parts and give you a headache!

Definitely satisfied with the quality of service and how Ivan and his team got 2 broken Ipad screens replaced for my family. They even sped up the process for my elderly mother, who relies on her ipad for so much while she visits us here in California as she can neither hear well or speak English. Thank you Ivan, we are happy!

I went to this place a saturday morning, my laptop wouldnt find any wireless networks. they fixed my problem in less than an hour, while i went shopping with my family at the downtown mall right next to their store. great staff ,and they know what they are doing
