I had a terrible experience with these guys and would recommend anyone to take your business elsewhere. Initially, They confirmed that my Iphone had water damage, which was contrary to what apple care ended up finding out. Then they called me to tell me that I needed a new loudspeaker and charge port; the total of these parts were 10 dollars. One of their employees said that hed waive the water damage fee and charge me 94 dollars in labor for the installation of the other parts. The line item on the receipt even stated "miscellaneous labor". After getting my phone, it was still not charging. I took it back, they said it would be under warranty. The second time around, they said my phone was fixed. I came in and they charged the phone in front of me. The sad part was that it didnt charge. Youd think that they would have charged it to 100% to confirm. I asked for a refund, which they agreed to, they then took 30 minutes to swap out my parts which makes me wonder why the 94 dollar charge the first time around. My problem was the lack of consumer transparency.

Horrible service! Seriously. I dropped off my brothers PS4 there for service because it was making funny sounds, everything else was fine. Couple days later when I picked it up I was told nothing was wrong with it. (They didnt charge me, but still) I took the PS4 in to Gamestop (manager and I are friends) and when she tried it, the system wouldnt even take the cd in! So, what went from a simple fix was now a major problem. Not only that, IT WASNT MY PS4 SYSTEM!!! She checked the barcode on the system I was given & it did not match the original box I bought it in. I returned to uBreakiFix and was told it was my system. After arguing w/ the guy, I asked them to then show me what was "fine" about it because its not working. After waiting a couple minutes the "manager" walked out saying, "I dont have time for this" and told me to leave the store.... ARE YOU SERIOUS!?!! Horrible service. I recommend either getting a new team together who knows what theyre doing, or shut it down.

I am soooo happy that there exists a place called uBreakiFix, because without it, I would be spending a fortune on cell phones! The uBreakiFix location in Santa Clara didnt exist at the time I needed help, (I am posting this review a little after the fact), so I drove myself and my poor, dead Galaxy Mega, up from the Bay Area to the Elk Grove location. I got there mid-morning, and after handing my phone off to a friendly and positive rep, (it was so comforting to hear her announce the words, "Yes! we can fix this!"), I walked a few doors down for a light lunch. By the time I had finished lunch, the phone was ready to go and working great! Life was good again! Quick, friendly and reasonably priced...that is uBreakiFix in a nutshell! Thanks again to the genius who knew we desperately need an uBreakiFix in a world full of cell phones.

I am blown away. My phone was basically dead in the water. I brought it in having absolutely no idea what was wrong or how much it might potentially cost. The two businesses I contacted before lucking on to this one did not inspire much hope at all. Basically, it was a segue into selling me a new phone, which at the moment is not a possibility for me. The stellar woman I had the fortune to meet took my phone in the back, performed her magic, and brought it out as good as new. Apparently, it was just a glitch, and needed to be disconnected briefly. This company has a policy that if they can fix it during the troubleshooting process, they do not charge for the repair. Any where else could have charged at least $30, and just about any one would pay it. Now, when things go really wrong, I know where to go!!

Anything wrong with anything electronic? This is the place to go. Seeing as they are the official tech repair shop for Google, when my Google Pixel shattered, I had dropped by. The people in-charge were friendly and put me at ease. They know what they are doing. The LCD and frame of my phone were damaged and they put in the order for the parts. When the parts that arrived from Google were defective, they set out to get another set from another branch and ensured that they fixed it ASAP. The phone when I went to pick it up, was almost brand new. I recommend the tempered glass that they have which comes with a two-year warranty. The owner and the technician were both fantastic. I highly recommend stopping by for any electronic emergency.
