I manage 60 desktop pcs in a local retail business. I used to buy Dells; that was until about four years ago when I took a serious look at the low reliability statistics of my fleet of Dells. Frustrated, I risked bringing two "Computer Store" pcs into my business. They worked flawlessly and maintained stable performance over time. I now buy all of my desktops exclusively from "The Computer Store of Sacramento." Their machines are affordable and rock solid. In fact, I havent had a single component or machine failure yet. Meanwhile similarly aged, and older, Dells continue to fail at an alarming rate thereby speeding my overall transition to being a happy 100% "Computer Store" pc shop. Cheers to "The Computer Store of Sacramento" for running a tech company with integrity.

One of the few ‘mom & pop’ stores left in Sacramento. Please don’t take that as a negative, but IMO that’s what contributes to their outstanding customer service. Knowledgeable, a willing to help, and fair prices. I have been using these folks since 1990. They have built me power house systems, down to fixing a simple syntax error on a program install. There has never been an issue on fixing/replacing a manufactures defect or warrantee. They are a small crew, so rapid turnaround may be an issue (plan accordingly and they will work with you) – despite this I won’t spend my money any where else!

Dan takes care of his customers. Ive bought desktop computers from him over a 15 year period. He assesses your needs, discusses alternatives and builds accordingly. He uses only top quality mother boards and drives. He doesnt want you to be dissatisfied with your purchase. All diagnoses and repairs are done in shop by Dan. Hes busy! He may take a couple of days longer but you can be sure the problem is solved and the diagnoses and repair explained. Whether your needs are business or gaming Dan will build your machine or select the best laptop for you.

I bought a computer from these guys in 1999. They were very helpful and steered me to the best bang for the buck hardware, not just the most expensive. I used the computer for about 5 years and it never gave me any problems. They were also very helpful in repairing a seemingly bricked circa 1998 hp motherboard. I am a little disappointed they no longer push AMD product but i understand their position and they still offer AMD based systems upon request. P.S. I really like the 5 1/4" floppy on their sign

Their technical expertise and customer service on a 1 to 10 scale are both easily an 11. Quality systems built to your specifications, local support and service, (which youll rarely need, as they comprehensively check to ensure compatibility and function of all components). If youre looking for a durable, trouble free computer, be it a basic or high end system with all the bells and whistles, look no further.

The reviews are real! Sebastian is a very nice, smart, professional computer tech who is actually honest and reasonable unlike many other services youll find around CA . He took an otherwise large problem with my power jack and Maneuvered it into a simple cheap fix, didnt even have to buy a new part or anything. Will be recommending him to all of my friends. FIVE STAR SERVICE! I haven’t been one to leave reviews that often in the past but the Computer Store (family owned) is most definitely review worthy. A little over one year ago I had purchased a laptop and printer set-up, and just recently had an issue with the laptop. I brought it back and they fixed it for free with a smile. They stand by their product! THANKS
