These guys are AWESOME!!! I took my wifes Galaxy Tab 3 to a local shop by my house to have the charge port replaced, the person in the store told me it would be $40.00. $20.00 down and the difference when I picked it up. I was told it would take a couple hours and have it back the same day. Needless to say, it wasnt done that day. Finally after a week of calling to follow up on the tablet and the endless excuses I finally told him to return it to me and I was on my way minus the initial 20 bucks but oh well. I then took it to CPR in Sacramento and I must say these guys are top notch. First impression when you walk into the store is respectable. CPR is thorough on checking your device into their possession and returning to you. The total to replace the charge port was $75.00 plus tax. I received a phone call a couple hours after dropping it off to inform me it was ready for pickup. I was impressed, when I arrived to pick it up Phillip went through a series of quality checks with me to make sure the tablet was in the same or better condition than when I left it. I highly recommend CPR to anyone who needs their device repaired, dont waste your time going to a hole in the wall place to save a few bucks these guys no whats up. Thanks CPR!!!

I cracked the lens of my Galaxy s4 and the guys were fantastic. They answered all my questions and turned around my repair in half the time the estimated and the finished product is outstanding. I grabbed a handful of cards and am recommending them to all my co-workers, friends and family.

The guy with short blonde spiky hair at the 65th and folsom blvd location in pushy, cocky and annoying...not quiet sure what his use is there but he thinks he knows everything and seems a little aggressive....if my daughter wasnt with me I mite have busted his lip.

They fixed my Galaxy S5 Active when no one else could. It took a while and they accidentally broke my screen, but that was replaced free of charge and I was satisfied with the level of attentiveness, skill and quality of work and price I received.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. Had a Galaxy Note 4 that needed a charging port changed because of damage. Michael and the Tech hooked me up, got the part from another store and had it replaced in 2 hours. Excellent work and service.

The folks got a battery replacement on my wifes iPhone 5 and it seems to be holding and lasting longer (a 2 year old phone) on a charge. Incidentally, they misquoted me a price and they honored it. The repair was less than 10 min!
