They have always been helpful to our business. FBT has worked in both our business and my residence for well over 10 years, and I have never had an issue with their competence; I trust him and his employees completely. The owner is also a Rotarian; a person who commits to the highest personal and professional ethics. One of their technicians, Bryan, is one of the most amazing computer gurus I have ever seen. He has fixed the "unfixable" and has personally come to my place of business on an emergency basis to repair and replace broken hard drives, amongst other things. Computers seem to have a built-in obsolescence, but you can trust FBT with yours. If they cant fix it; it probably cant be fixed.

I am a contractor. I do not make money when I am in the office. The gang at Fast Break integrated my scheduling, merchant services, telephones, and bookkeeping so that I can make real time data entry from the field. I can do an estimate for a customer on my laptop that is linked to my office server. The customer has a copy in his email before leave the job site. My office is nearly paperless now. My customers are impressed, and that gives me better credibility over the competition.

I definitely would NOT recommend this firm if you are a small business. I owned a CPA firm and hired Fast Break Tech to remotely backup of my server and paid them for this service for many years. After my hard drive was destroyed by a virus, they were not able to restore any of my data except for just a few files. I would have been better off backing everything up on my own. They were worthless.
