I dropped off my iPad 2 for a charging problem. When talked to the tech the next day he said the battery was defective and needed to be replaced. I thought ok good deal until the tech told me my digitizer ribbon was torn and my digitizer also needs to be replaced. He also said my screen was not functioning once they got it to charge. WTF...... LIAR! I know for a fact wasnt torn because I brought it them with THE CASE OPEN!!!!!! So basically someone wasnt paying attention to what they were doing and didnt realize it was already open they man handled it and tore the ribbon. Instead of admitting they made the mistake, being HONESTand taking care of it they thought Im an idiot and was just going to pay them and extra $13 to fix what THEY BROKE! They seriously thought that would work. Sadly mistaken. Crooks, thieves and liars. Not only Will not ever go there again I will make sure NO ONE I KNOW EVER GOES TO ANOTHER CPR LOCATION AGAIN as well. How many other people have they broken their electronics and then told them that was the problem. Crooks.

Good And Bad. The people were very friendly and seemed to know their business.took my cell in for a bad microphone they tried replacing it a couple of times to no avail and stated there appeared to be a problem in the circuit board. It worked very intermeadly when I took it in now the mike does not work at all. They told me for $100.00 dollars they would try to fix it further. Only problem with this is that if they could not fix it I still had to pay the hundred bucks. That does not sound like a good deal for me but a great deal for them. It is a Iphone 5C. Now that they have been into it I am concerned what Apple is going to charge me to fix it.

I had my i-phone 4s repaired here but afterwards could not update software because the battery they replaced wasnt OEM. I ended up getting locked out of my phone because the apple server didnt recognize the device and ended up buying a new i-phone 6. I brought my i- phone 4s back to the CPRthey were able to update it, but I lost my data. CPR also replaced the front and back glass they had previously replaced for free since they had both cracked within three weeks. As a result my 4s is now just a music player and wi-fi enabled device to use around the home.

My iphone 6 got ran over by a car, screen was completely shattered and destroyed so I called a few different places and got a couple different quotes, lowest one was $260 for screen and labor, called the apple store and their price was $190 but would take about 3-5 days to fix, and then called this place, came into the store and the screen was $190, took about 20 minutes to fix and looked like nothing happened, perfectly done and works just like before, and you get a life time warranty just in case the screen stops working , thank you Josh!

I had a great experience and have never wanted to complete a review such as this before. I dropped my phone off and walked to a nearby establishment and had lunch as I was quoted a 20min wait. I came back from lunch and the phone was repaired ON TIME. I had an issue with the home button not responding and the tech took my phone back and repaired it in a flash. I was skeptical as CPR sounds serious but it was AWESOME and the price was $250.00 cheaper than quoted by my cell phone service provider

Went in to get my microphone replaced on my S5. They overcharged me first off ($99) being that I brought my own replacement part. But once they put it in it didnt even fix the problem and they wanted another $75 just to look into it further. Way over priced your better off buying another phone for what they will charge and they may not even fix your problem either. Right before Christmas to! Better off going to a kiosk in one of the malls.

I called to ask if they could remove a stripped screw for an iPhone screen that I was trying to replace myself with a kit I purchased on Amazon. The guy said they might have to charge for the full repair cost but to bring it in and hed take a look and give me an estimate. I brought it in and he took it in back and two minutes later came back with the screw removed FREE OF CHARGE! I said if I had some cash on me I would offer a tip.

I recently got my phone fixed for the third time! It has been water damaged three separate times and Im so surprised they have been able to bring it back to life. It only cost me $75 to repair. Brandon was the tech working on my phone and told me it would be a day or two, but it ended up only taking a couple hours. Hopefully Im lucky my forth time around when they end up working on it after I water damage it again!

I brought my phone in because the Elk Grove store didnt have the parts. They fixed it and they stayed passed closing so I could pick it up, although, it wasnt my fault they stayed passed closing, I mean, they could have called me earlier to tell me it was repaired. Nonetheless, I thought it was really nice that they stayed at the store so I could get my baby, I mean my cellular device.

Great experience, quick repair. Its nice because they have sister stores so even though they didnt have my part they were able to get it within twenty minutes and not have to order it, which other shops told me takes a few days. Brandon, the manager, was really nice and accomodating. The price was about average for all the places i called, too.

Great work, completed quickly. A little pricey, but it was quality work. They are very professional and I wouldt think twice about coming back. I also bought a protector case, and they installed my iPad in it for me when they were done. Finished their work in 2 hours because they had the screen in stock. I recommend them.

I came in today to get my horribly cracked iPhone 6 screen fixed and was promptly greeted and welcomed into the store. Tom, the young man who worked on my phone fixed it quickly and I was on my way. I was there for about 20 min. Will come back again for all my cell phone repair needs.

Love, love, love this place! Broke my charger in my iPad and they fixed it for free! Took less than 5 mins! Another place wanted $75 just to look at it. Ill bring all my repairs here and nowhere else. Very friendly employees also.
