((BeCareful)) ((Becareful)), Con, Con, First they say that they Need it for 4 to 6 hours to Do the Test and See whats Wrong with My Comp. I call them and talk to another Guy and He says they need it for 8 to 10 hours to Do the Test and See whats Wrong with it, I Go in the Next Day ((Sunday)), They say for $49.99 they would take My Computer apart Piece by Piece to check and See what Part is Bad. I took My Tower and told them I would Think about it being it is about 8 yrs. old. I took it to another Shop and He plugged it in and in Less than 2 Minutes told Me the HardDrive was No Good, He had one in Stock and Changed it for Me and said OK You can Load Your Operating System Now, For $40.00 He Showed Me on His Screen, Less than 10 Minutes. I took My Computer Home and it was Working like Brand New. If the Computer Guys were any type of Business they Could have Done the same Thing. Never and I mean NEVER Again will I take anything to them or Refer anyone to them. BeCareful and Shop around. Good Luck..

Very professional,Helpful, and knowledgeable. I took my computer into geek squad at best buy here in modesto And they told me that I had a system problem when I had priorly been told I just needed a battery in a power cord.When I took my computer into computer guys They plugged it into an hp power cord And it started right up.Turns out the gentleman at geek squad had used universal power cord not knowing that my hp could only be used by manufacturer power cord. they ordered the parts for me and optimize my system all which in a very reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable fee. George the gentleman who helped me.Was super polite and professional. I will be seeing this gentlemen anytime I have a computer problem and would like a highly recommend him to anybody.

Honest, fast, reliable service. The prices are affordable and they stick to the estimate they give. Best Buy over 400 dollars and told me I am better off throwing my computer away my co-worker at Stanislaus meats told me about Computer Guys and figured I have nothing to loose. I called in to schedule an appointment, they said I dont need one and can come in anytime. They checked it out and called me the same day and told me what I somewhat expected, thanks to my kids. Computer is working like new and I am very happy!!

Company looked at my computer when I accidentally reset my computer to deal with problems and didnt realize I would lose files. They called back in a timely manner, but stated the machine could not be fixed corrupt hard drive (HP Tower). Still charged a fee to look at it. They did mention a fee up front so I paid and took my machine back. Wasnt able to recover my files, however the computer has been working okay to go online.

I have had the pleasure to work with these guys recently and I am really happy with their service. there was some issue with my MacBook and the guy from The Computer Guys showed up on time to fix it. After a while he told me that the problem will be fixed at their repair center and he will revert back after couple of guys and he did . Good job Guys.

I have been to The Computer Guys many times for many reasons from viruses to network difficulties, they have provided me and my wife with the best customer service. They have great employees who listen to your computer troubles and try their best to get your computer fixed and make it like a brand new store bought laptop/desktop.

Well I have to been to computer stores from Florida (where I lived for 15 years) to Modesto and all I can say is that I have never seen a faster turn around time and for the fraction of what I paid in the past. John is the man hands down! Very professional and great friendly customer service. I had a big build from him and he did it perfectly. Will be doing business with the company from now on in the future. This spot is the best spot in Modesto for any kind of computer work/build.
