I called 4 times to inquire about repair. 1st phone quote was $40.00. I take into shop. Its quoted on repair invoice $60-$80.00 Estimated completion of repair not met. No phone calls. I call to be told that other issues are there and from 40-120.00. Im another woman whos non savvy computer literacy was taken advantage of. I have a disability so its not so easy to come about honesty these days. Really when you find it..cherish. My computer is slower and sluggish than ever before. I believe some potential components that were good were taken and Im left with a mess of Frankenstein digital desktop mess!! I call ..and its advised I bring it back in. Heck no! Serioiusly? People who give bad reviews Are NOT always the Bad guys or gals with evil motives.

This is the only place Ill take my phone and computer. I took my iPhone 6 here to get the screen fixed and it was quick and reasonably priced. I also took my computer here to get rid of a virus it had. They have a very friendly staff and always update me on whats going on with my computer and when it will be ready, and it didnt take long. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who needs their phone or computer fixed.

I had a broken external hard drive whose power adopter burnt. It is maybe a small problem, but Binary System brilliantly fixed it with an existing shell from another hard drive. The repair is done in 10 minutes, and I did not have to buy another power adapter and unnecessary stuffs. The service was far exceeding my expectation. I was speechless and in awe!

Took my computer in these guys run a complete diagnostic on it, it costs 60 bucks but it goes toward any repair also. They find the problem quick, fix it, done. I was skeptical at first but when i got my PC back, WOW. My computer didnt run this good when i bought it new. I tell everyone to go here now. Thanks Kevin. -------Roman Contreras

I have used several other local repair services including Action and the new one by Raleys but keep coming back for faster, and better work and they actually listen to what I want done. They only have a basic working concept of some computers if they are going to run a business in the computer industry they must at least know how to unlock a bios protected password.

Great shop. My computer wouldnt start at all. I brought it in and these guys had it back to like-new in two days. Cant beat the price either.
