My name is Robert Romero. On Nov. 12 I entered the Cal Tec service shop looking for some assistence with my PC. I was greeted by the service tec, his name was Dan. I proceeded to tell him the problems I was having with my PC and after asking a few questions he began to take look. He was attentive to my questions, listeded intentlly and I as was explaining my novice experience with computers he was fix my problems in no time. I was very impessed with service and would definately return if I have any other problems. I would and will recomend Cal Tec to all my other friends with computer service needs. This was the kind of servive I know would not find in any other service shop. Top Notch In Deed!!!!! Thanx Again, and you will recieve my businees in the futer if needed. Sin, Robert!

I have used Caltec computers for the past 15 years. Brent is the most knowledgeable computer expert I’ve ever dealt with. Not only am I amazed at his computer expertise, but he has remarkable customer skills to match. I have often contacted him at all hours of the night, including weekends, and he always diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. He is always personable, friendly, reliable, efficient and most importantly---trustworthy. I can’t thank you enough for the fabulous service you provide! I have been using Computers MD for about 6 months now and I am, time-and-again, impressed with their speed, knowledge and great customer service skills. I just worked with Brent and he figured out my issue, fixed it quickly and then taught me how to implement new practices to ensure the same problem does not happen again! I have six friends/family members that have recently tried out this service and their experiences were very similar. My name is Jennifer. I have used this Caltec Computers MD for over a year. They are awesome. Any problem I have had they have come to my rescue. Whether it is big or small. They are very knowledgeable and speedy with correcting the problem. Today Dan was my Tech. Even though my problem wasnt huge and Im not really savvy about computers, he was courteous and very helpful. In the past I have had major problems and they were absolutely fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone. I am definitely telling all my friends. Thanks once again for your help.

i am very grateful to have access to techs who can access my computer remotely and teach me how to handle the stupid mistakes that i make. the folks at caltech are kind and courteous and very savvy in knowing my computer. i also have contacted them before at the wee small hours of the morning in frustration and gotten answers. highly recommend this company for handling small and large computer problems. they also restored my two computers after a virus discombobulated them both. all smilesl 5+ stars!!!!!! ellen

I called the office and Bret just happened to be in my area. He stopped by and not only fixed my problem, he also updated my computer and was more the patient with my questions! I am more than pleased with his company and will recommend him to all of my family and friends. I had taken my desktop to their shop months ago and they were great, fixed all issues for a great price. They also installed the ComputersMD software which, last weekend, turned out to be very handy. I hate lugging my computer in for repair and with this, they just connected to my computer, took a quick look around and fixed it in 10 minutes. Saved me from the inconvenience and days of downtime. These guys are awesome!

Went in not knowing exactly how to proceed with getting my laptop fixed and was given immediate guidance. They took the few minutes to look at my laptop instead of brushing me off and getting around to it in a few days and were able to tell me that they would most likely be unable to fix my particular problem there and helped me to contact the people who could. From Bill and Teresa. We walked in off the street with our problem and subsequently used Computer MD. As other reviews suggest, these guys were responsive, fast, and highly effective in solving our problem. Pretty amazing service compared to what one usually encounters these days. We will be taking all our future computer problems to Caltec. Highly recommended.

These guys are great! They got the work done quickly at a reasonable price. The price was especially well worth it after they got online with me to fix a few things remotely. They did this at no additional charge as a follow up. They were thorough and friendly - Id highly recommend Cal Tec to all my friends. Thank you Cal Tec and Dan in particular!

I called, they helped me identify some possible problem with my custom desktop for free, but I didnt want to risk fixing it myself so I took it to them. They had it fixed within a week and answered all my questions. I would recommend this place to anyone who cares about their computer and I will be returning if problems arise again!

My hard drive crashed and I took my computer to these guys. Though my data couldnt be recovered they slapped a new HD in and advised me on where to get data retrieval done and back up product options. They had me up and running in two days, all for a reasonable price. If you have a computer problem take it to these guys.

Not only do they know what theyre doing, they do not overcharge. Ive had two separate occasions where there was no charge for dialing-in some additional tweaks on my PC following a complete OS re-install. Plus they always install the latest updates before they give your machine back. Highly recommend these guys!

I had a less than average experience here. They cleaned and replaced my fan, which was great, but when they put my laptop back together, they cracked a corner of my laptop, left another corner popping out, and I couldnt properly close the lid. I was disappointed, considering all their fantastic reviews.

Built my own pc, but was having a minor issue and sought some help from some others. Walked right in and we had it fixed together within 10 minutes, I had only made a simple error in the build. Very friendly staff, didnt charge me at all. If i ever run into any tech problems I know where Im headed.
