The charming and friendly owners of A-1 know so much about computers that fixing my laptop must have been childs play. Mason recommended changes that Id not thought of, installed a robust virus protection with features not available on the free virus protection sites, caught my hard drive at 10% functionality (days before it failed), applied thermal paste to my over-heating machine -- and in general took care of it as well as Jared of Country Lube takes care of my car. I feel free and easy now because I have superior help whenever I need it. Did I mention that the bill was very modest. I love this business and recommend it without hesitation to all computer owners.

Im not a big tech guy and bought a new pc recently it was running a little slow as i wanted to do both video and music editing i found a1 online and it was a godsend not only did the speed up my pcs performance but they set me up with the classic windows main screen now i can find stuff YAY!! i received my laptop back in two days i couldnt beleive the quick turnaround if you want the feeling of a 1 on 1 company this is it im never using geek squad again.
