Ive been there now a couple times to have shattered iphone screens fixed and Brian, the owner, is fantastic and takes care of it while I wait. He is fair on his prices and wont try to up sell. Its a family owned business and they take great pride in all the work they do. Computer work is more the bread-and-butter for this business. No matter what you take in to get fixed you will have the same experience. Very honest business and I am a repeat customer.

I had a blinking folder with a "?" on my mac. I did my own google search and found the answer where it was a bad HD cable. I went down to Mackendirck to see if they had cable, or at least an external case so I could boot it up. He spent a good 20 mins with me and tested the cable and drive.... it was the drive, not the cable. No charge, very helpful! Ill be going back for any of my future issue come up!

Found this place when I was having hard drive issues on my computer. The service was fast and friendly, and I didnt leave feeling like an idiot, as some service tech places can make you feel. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone looking for someone that knows what theyre doing without making you feel like you dont :)
