IDIOTS - which is to be expected, as I dont think anyone that works in _any_ cell phone store gets any training. Stopped by to check if Verizon phone was unlocked (4s) - told me they a) couldnt tell, and b) specifically said NO Verizon phone would EVER work on T-Mobile of ATT. So, I left the store, went home, pulled the T-Mobile SIM from my wifes phone (Galaxy), put it in the 4s, and it picked up the T-Mobile network immediately. So, not only were they not helpful in the unlocking issue (which took all of 30 seconds to figure out via Google), but they were blatantly ignorant of the fact that the Verizon phone would work on other networks. This is why we never had, and never will have, Verizon.

I was more than shocked to find out I was sold a refurbished phone as NEW and charged 720 dollars for it! It was a bait and switch worthy of a used car lot. Refurbished phones that I got are about HALF of what they charged me. I asked SEVERAL times if it was new. NEVER again will I go there and this is my fair warning to others. INSPECT the product well and do not trust what they say. I am sure when the serial number came up when transferring it to my number it came up a refurbished. Further shocked when I was call by them to have me edit my review....really?

I wish I could gve zeros or negative stars! Slowest service ever!!! Waited 15 minutes they kept saying they would be with me soon. Over and over and over... So they never got to me. They dont take people on a normal first come, first serve basis apparently. There were only 3 of us so it was blatant. I was going to switch and buy an iPhone. Then they took the guy who walked in AFTER me to exchange a phone cover....then a woman who came in last to discuss her bill- wth?!? Apparently no sales quota at this store at all. I walked out. Business loss.

I had an amazing experience at this store! I was having some mechanical issues with my phone and was debating going into Verizon or Apple, Im glad that I chose to go into Verizon! I was able to call and make an appointment and they got me in right away. Chris fixed all issues I was having with my phone, answered some questions I had and put on a new protective screen for me after I bought it! I will now be coming to Folsom Click Away for any trouble shooting or for my new cell phone purchases

Absolutely a very positive experience! The staff are very professional, courteous, and most knowledgeable. I went in to buy a screen protector, and two days went back in and bought an I phone and today purchased a Samsung for my husband! And think..it was all because of their courteous professional manner that drew me back two days later! Customer service here is top shelf, had them try to repair phone they could not get it done they sent it manufacture and replaced it with a factory rebuilt at there cost...... so far they are standing behind what they sell!!!! Ask for Chris
