I am a senior whose still "with it" and use my laptop daily. I am not however computer savy. When I ask young people in the computer business about my computer the answer I usually get might as well be in Latin. Since I found Dan at ASAP all of that has changed. Whatever I have needed he has either repaired, replaced, customized or told me why it couldnt be done. His rates seem very fair and the turn around time is more than reasonable. Give him a try and Im confident you will be coming back. Its very easy to find on E Street, but really more on North First. Its nice to know there is someone out there you can rely on.

7months ago both my desktop and laptop computers crashed and I had to go on a business trip Monday morning. Im in serious trouble and its Saturday. They gave me a Great 2 for one price deal, made my laptop run faster than when it was new, gave me some helpful advice, gave me better security software, etc... so I went from blank screens on both my computers to a desktop and a 9 year old laptop that is performing faster than when it was new, even 7 months later in January 2010... and this was accomplished on the same day in 3 hours!!! Cant Thank-You enough for your Service and Individual Friendly Efficient Care!!!

I have been using and recommending Dan since he resurrected a dead laptop in 2007. Always very fast and his rate for his main major service has not gone up in all these years. He has always finished the job within that starting rate, no surprise charges! And within 48 hours. If you value your time, dont put up with any misbehavior from your PC, let Dan get you what youve already paid for, a user-friendly, flash fast and virus & crapware-free machine. My brother still cant believe how quickly he now does everything on his 4-year old ASAP revitalized PC. Honest guy, honest work, extreme value.

I started with another computer repair shop, but they just made it worse! I took it here because I was leery of the other place and he said hed have it ready the next day. The other place took two days, plus two hours while I stood there and they tried to work out the bugs. The result? I picked it up and it was a virus, but he fixed it and was extra considerate. He even offered to walk me through any problems there might be over the phone! Really nice guy, great service. Give him a try!!

I brought in my PC and laptop, both which were nuked, to have them checked out. Dan was thorough, polite, knowledgeable and he didnt gouge me. Unfortunately, my PC was toast, it was over 6 years old, but Dan was still able to resuscitate my laptop and even upgraded my Windows 8 to have a Windows 7 interface. I will definitely use Dan in the future and wouldnt hesitate to refer him to others. I trust him more than my vet.

No need to search anywhere else! Weve used ASAP Computer Repair twice now and have been very pleased with the results. The customer service is amazing. The prices are outstandingly affordable. If you have a problem with your computer, give ASAP a call. Trust me, you will not be disappointed! The best service and prices in Yakima. We live in the lower valley, and it was very well worth the drive.

Same day service that rocks. AND they charge less than half of what the competitors charge. Dont let the small shop fool you. They provide quality work at a fraction of the cost of the big box stores. Ive brought in two laptops to have them optimized. Now, they run faster than when I got them and I never have any problems. If you need FAST, quality service do not overlook ASAP.
