I paid this company over six hundred dollars to get my computer up to participate and lifetime service. They have worked on twice, it still isnt working right and they say I cant get more than one hundred back because they dont warrant their products. I wouldnt let them talk me into their services unless you have money to throw away. I purchased a one year plan in Feb and upgraded in April. Like I said dont waste your money
