I was so upset when my laptop screen went dead just a few weeks before Christmas. Not only did I have a project due within the week, but I was also over extended on my holiday gift budget. I took the laptop over to Rob at BitWise for an evaluation. Within 24 hours, Rob called me with his diagnosis. When he began to explain that the laptop would cost hundreds to repair, I expected him to then try to persuade me to repair the computer even though it cost only hundred dollars to purchase. Instead, Rob was honest, direct and non-pushy, saying that, in this case, the laptop was not worth it. On top of this, he was extremely pleasant during every conversation whether over the phone or in person. Thanks Rob for your honesty, quick service and fantastic attitude! I hope I never have problems with my new computer, but if I do, I will only trust you to fix them!

I saw one of the ads Bitwise had in the local coupon magazine and my computer was slow and always froze up. I took it to Rob and when I got it back it was whole new computer. He did a tune up to it and now it works great. No more freezing, its fast, and finally reliable. Since then I have bought two laptops for my employees that work great and the prices were great too. After I had my tune up done I opened an email that had a virus attached and the entire computer shut down. He had to take everything off the computer and reinstall everything. He did it at no cost since he had just done a tune up. He has also installed a wireless print server in our office so we can all print off one printer without wires everywhere. Rob is by far the best computer tech I have ever worked with and would highly recommend his services. Thanks again Rob.

BitWise Computers is a fantastic computer repair and consulting store. Why? Because, when you first go to their store, or call them, you will find them friendly and patient as you explain your problem. It does not matter if all you can do is imitate the sound your computer makes (such as a screeching sound on startup). They will figure it out as soon as possible and for a very reasonable price. I have used them three times now. Each experience was the same. BitWise is friendly, fast, and charges a very fair price. I trust them with my personal information on my computer. Bitwise also sell computers and will make a custom one for your needs. BitWise is my "go to" store for all things involving computers. What a relief!

Fantastic Service! I had two computers, both with viruses. I was at a loss in what to do or where to take them for service. First I called the Geek Squad, who quoted me a not so affordable fee. And then as I was driving home one day, I saw Bitwise on a sign and pulled in. Rob was very professional and ethical. And I knew right then I could trust him with my personal information. He quoted me a crazy affordable price and a quick turn around time that I just couldnt pass up, so I went home right away and picked them up. Rob is an All Star when it comes to Computers. Great service, Great prices and Fast turn around times. Just what I was looking for. Now, I refer everyone to Rob for anything computer related.

I took my MacBook Pro in originally because it wouldnt turn on, and an Apple Genius had said that it was because of the hard drive. It wasnt, and after testing every component of my computer Rob finally found the real problem. He endlessly troubleshooted it for me but was very fair about the price, and offered to keep testing different parts of the computer that most people would have charged extra for. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. I would highly recommend BitWise Computer Repair to anyone looking for someone dependable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy to fix your computer.

Being a women looking for a computer repair person is tough. I liken it to going to a new car dealer. The sharks are all around just waiting for a single women to walk in so they can pounce. Computer repair can be the same expereince. They can take advantage of her she wont know what we are talking about. So Im very happy to report that as not the case at Bitwise computer. I found their service to be fast, super friendly and Rob was very understanding to my needs and actually listened to what I had to say. How freshing is that? I feel very fortunate to have found BitWise to help me with a transition from an old computer to a new one. Rob is professional and reasonably priced for the services he offers. He made practical and affordable suggestions to improve my new computer performance. His remote assistance with another problem(a new virus removal) was completed in a timely manner, with little effort on my part. He is very easy to work with, and very responsive to questions. He has extremely quick turn-around time, so you are back online promptly. I highly endorse BitWise for any computing needs.

I finally found a computer repair shop that is nice and friendly. Every where else I went the employees were rude and condascending. BitWise removed viruss from two of my computers and sold me a used laptop. The service was great the their prices were better than any other repair shops around. They also helped me setup a wireless home network for my computers and Playstation 3. My overall experience was great and I will definitely do business with them again. They also do remote support so I wont always need to bring my computers in there to be serviced!

I cant say enough great things about Bitwise and the service that Rob has given me with my computer needs. He is very friendly, trustworthy, and patient (since I know nothing about computers!) when explaining what my options are to find the best (and least expensive) solution to my problems with my laptop. He has gone above and beyond what I expected as far as service, and has always quickly repaired my computer so I am not without it. I highly recommend Bitwise for any service they offer. Bit-wise debugged my computer, added useful software and timesaving links, plus a link to his shop in the event I get in trouble again. He set up my computer, added a routher for the wi-fi, recommended and installed a much better phone system than I previously had, and is comng back to set up SIRRUS radio and a TV adapter for movie channels, and a dish. He knows how to do many things, which I need, and he does them right the first time. Hes smart and nice. Great customer service.
