Recently needed help following through on a somewhat complicated customer service issue. Martin offered extraordinary customer service to resolve these complications requiring multiple contacts. Ive previously used ClickAway in Santa Cruz for all of my computer repair needs and their performance was great. I feel very fortunate that ClickAway Watsonville has opened and is offering service that matches or exceeds standards set by other ClickAway stores. Strongly recommend them...especially Martin.
