Ok, so I agree with the guys below. I would also give less stars if I could. We also used to get our mail earlier, now for the last 6+ months, the mail gets here around 7pm! I called the Post Office and the argued that it cant be that late, but it is... everyday! Nothing can be done they told me. Heres the kicker... I live 200 yards from the post office! What the heck people. I wish we had another option. Hard to run a business with this kind of unreliable service! Id be out of business if I did this to my clients, but the USPS... they have us bent over!

DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE USPS FOR ANYTHING BUT STANDARD LETTERS!! i mailed a GRIEVING family member an entire box of $200 worth of goodies from NM and at some point between dropping it at my post office and delivery to her house.... the box went from weighting 15lbs, to 3lbs. And ALL THE CONTENTS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONE THING were stolen! DO NOT GIVE USPS YOUR BUSINESS! FEDEX IS CHEAPER ANYWAYS!!! CLAIM FILED!!!!!!!!!!!! POLICE REPORT TO BE FILED. How is it that the weight between pick up and delivery was not logged or noticed?? I AM LIVID!!!!!!

Called to see if my roommate could pick up a package, they said sure no problem. Do you need his name, or a confirmation from me? No, just the slip. Roommate gets there and of course they cannot give him the package, because his last name is not the same as mine. USPS is not deliberately bad, they just dont seem to care about customer service at all, whereas most other businesses do.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I dont think people should be rude just because their agency is underfunded. There are lots of underfunded organizations with plenty of nice people that still try to work hard at their job. After a half hour of getting the busy signal, I finally got through on the phone and the employee hung up on me as I was asking a question. RUDE!

I wish I could give less stars, worst post office ever. Dont even try to use the passport services, you wont even get through the appointment line. Terrible customer service. Awful depressing location. No wonder the people that work there are bitter and not helpful.

Extremely inconsistent delivery times as of late. Years back, I remember receiving my mail at 11am on the button, 99% of time. These days it is anytime between 2pm and 5pm. Not a big deal I suppose, just not reliable in the slightest.

I really love how this post office has a parcel drop off (see picture) what I mean by that is even on Saturday, you can just walk in and drop off a package to be mailed... unlike the other nearby post office which does not have that

The mail delivery is so inconsistent for my street. I DO NOT like hearing excuses about how it depends on when they get the mail, volume, or how well the carrier is doing. Do a better job and be consistent!
