Ultimate Staffing is a JOKE. An ultimate joke. I was referred to them by a friend because after spending the last 4 years earning my Bachelors degree, Im having a very difficult time finding full time employment that pays the bills. After speaking with Cody, I was told that he couldnt place me because my recent experience isnt in an office. Never mind the fact that I have over ten years experience in an office before I spent the last four years in a classroom receiving a formal education. When I expressed that this was a huge problem and that I felt discriminated against, he told me that he was at the whim of his paying clients and that even though he could put me through the process, he doubts anyone would pick me up due to my lack of experience. While he was very professional and maintained a nice and caring tone in his voice, he ultimately refused to help me.

I loved working with Ultimate Staffing! The only reason i am not still with them is because I ended up finding a permanent full time position. But they were there with me and for me every step of the way. If a job wasnt going to work for me, they didnt make me feel bad or anything they accepted that it wouldnt work and found me other stuff instead. The whole experience was very enjoyable. I took three jobs from them and worked for them about a year, working with Connie and Annie, who are both great AND they communicate with one another so if I called Connie about something she knew usually what was going on because she was in contact with Annie. and vice versa. If i ever need a job again, i would definetly go back!!

What a joke they are. The lady name Daphne Bettencourt-Boyd wasted so much of my time. She ask for me to go in for a interview and it wasnt even a interview. She basically just told me what the company pay is and the name only. Which she could just told me over the phone. Next what she did was had me go do drug test and then never respond to me about the job. Nicole is so much better then daphne. She always respond to my questions right away.

I worked there as a temp for over 2 years & even worked "in house" for them, when someone was on vacation. I found full time employment. When I was laid off from my regular job I was asked to come in and make a video of myself selling myself to other companies. I did go in, but ultimately refused to do the video. I felt discriminated against, especially after I had worked for them for so long & they made a lot of money off me.

I applied for a position through one of there ads on indeed and I am over qualified for this position with many years experience and I was rudely dismissed from the position. I am appalled by this employees lack of unawareness where she wouldnt even look at my resume. I would give this company a zero star if I could. I feel you are better trying to find a job on craigslist.
