Short pay checks and long wait for remaining pay. I was paid my first check on 4/21/17. I received no shift differential and was told it would be on my next check for 4/28/17 a week latter. On 4/28/17 I went to receive my final check and there was no back pay for 4/21/17.Also my name was misspelled on my check for the second time after correction. Luckily I was able to cash them! I was told they can send it via mail or I can pick it up Monday. Due to me living in another city and had already made 2 trips to their office I chose via mail. At that time I was told it will be sent through regular postal so they where unsure the arrival date. Today 5/5/17 I have not yet to receive my check so I called the agency. They have not mailed out my check and asked if I wanted to come pick it up. Unable to I was given the option of Fed ex this time and was told I should see it tomorrow. Fed ex should have been my first option 2 weeks ago! Very inconvenient,careless and unprofessional! Not apologetic at all. Tammy in Roseville is rude!! I say "thank you" she says "sure" and when I talk she talks over me!

My experience with Volt has been terrible to say the least. I went to them to try to get a job for staffing at a company that hires through them. I went through the interview and I listed to them that I was unavailable on certain dates until a certain time. I was hired, went through their orientation, and took a drug test for them. I passed the test and took a typing test of which I did well. They called me a few times to list shifts that were available, but I couldnt work because of a prior commitment. I called a few times later and periodically to ask if they had that shift available after I had full availability. To this date they havent reached me once regarding any positions. All in all, just a complete waste of gas money and time.

Volt is a joke. They call you and have you come in for an interview, all the while John Beattie tells you how impressed he is with your resume and that you will be getting an interview with the hiring company within a few days, and then you never hear from him again. Called him back and emailed him asking whats taking so long, and he replied "Its out of my hands." This is the 2nd fake interview Ive had with John Beattie Volt Staffing in Roseville, and I would NOT ever recommend registering with Volt unless you are just bored and need something to do. They dont have any jobs.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with the staff at this location. Absolutely hate their customer service, will never go to them again!!! I will strongly recommend people not to go through their agency to search for jobs, they dont take you seriously, they get annoyed when you ask questions, and they dont pay you when they say they will!!

Volt is the only temp agency that actually contacted me when they said if a job comes up that you qualify for. Lucy is very sweet. After a month she kept in contacted was very understanding about my situation. I would recomend volt. And even if they dont contact you just keep buging or ask for a email. Something will come up.

This is one of the worst agancies that I ever dealth with. Receptionist is rude and argumentative. You go in for an interview and orientation thinking that you are the ideal candidate for the position but as it turns out they are filled out the position you went and got interviewed for. Just Crap. Dont use them

I was kind of nervous from the reviews but went ahead anyways. I guess I got lucky, I liked my assignment and got hired on after only 3.5 months. Only complaint would be you have to work 3 months before youre elegible to use your banked sick time.

This is the WORSE temp agency out there. Do yourself a favor and do not even attempt to apply or work with their rude staff who NEVER calls back. Their turnover is as high as the turnovers in a bakery! Volt sucks

Staff is rude and unprofessional! Way too many payroll and technical problems. The turnover is ridiculous! They sell you lemons when you accept a position. DO NOT CHOOSE VOLT AS YOUR STAFFING PROVIDER!!!
